I really love animals thats why I choose this course , we have 3 subject for 1st year and total 19 subject in whole degree . There were 3 theory lectures and 2 practicals per day expect at weekends . If there were more field interaction of yours you can understand concept proper. Exam were not that difficult you can easily pass

Internships Opportunities

Top companies were VH group,Vencob,etc. Comes in our college for placement , High posted roles were offered in campus placement Stipend during internship were nearly 13k . During internship we have to go different spots for training

There are campus placement in our college and almost every student will get it as starting of 5lpa VH group,Vencob,etc. Different companies visited in our college Avg salary were nearly 6 lpa after 1 year of your job More than 90 percent student getting placement in our college My plans were become Veterinary officer after completing my degree

Fees and Financial Aid

I am from general category and I pay 58000rs per year ,the fee for SC,ST,OBC, were nearly same i.e 23000 rs per year Scholrship were also available for all student which is depend on the category . The fee structure were like Tution fee -27500 Gymkhana fee -5500 Other (library fee,examination fee,etc.)-25000

Campus Life

Overall campus experience were quiet good ,there were 2 big fest were there in which different celebrities were invited , Our university has his own library which is few distance far from college There were 2 hitech classroom present . Much sport opportunities were there to play with student of different universities

Hostel Facilities

Rented room were costly like 4000rs permonth for small room ,and the hostel is better as compare to other with fee of 25000 per year . Within hostel there is mess which can charge 2300 rs for 2 time good quality meal. Registration proccess were simple ,you have to fill one form and pay the fees only.

Admission

I applied for this college because it is the top college of Maharashtra and it is near to my home town ,I personally dont applied for other college because this college is my preferance and I got it in 1st round of counselling

Faculty

As there are 3-4 proffesors for 1subject ,there are 3 theory lectures and 2 practicals per day except the weekends . In practicals, there were a batches of 20 students were there so proper understanding of concept is there. My favorite sir is prof.Dr. S.Banubakode sir who teaches us Veterinary Anatomy. There were 3 unit test and 1 annual exam

Night Life

Facility of gym were also there but it is only in hostel and available for hostel students only , 2 cafeterias were there in our campus . Hostel facility were also there having fee of 25000rs in which 1 room for 2 students were provided. For nightlife we go to futala lake which is one of the popular spots in nagpur and this lake is near to our college

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is for the Bachelors of Veterinary Science. One can opt for Masters in the a chosen field or file for civil services. Many graduates opt for working in clinics or veterinary related companies. The teaching methods could be improved by more innovative methods of teaching rather than using same powerpoints each year. More practical classes should be held. Internal exams are held every 2-3 monthes and the final exams are held during November to December.

The bachelor of veterinary science and animal husbandry course is very good and I will rate 10/10 to the course. The timing of the annual exam is 3 hourse and for unit test it is 1.5 hours exam. The difficulty of exam level is moderate.

It's a indeed a good college just have some problems of having two campuses and moving from one campus to another campus is very tidious during summers. And this college established in 1880s so there is some old buildings you can see too in campus.
