PDKV Akola Admissions
Admissions to the UG courses are on the basis of merit in the previous examination. However, admission to the PG courses and the Ph.D. course is on the basis of the Common Entrance Test conducted by Maharashtra Agricultural Universities Examination Board (MAUEB), Pune. Some of the seats of each course are filled through the Common Entrance Examination to be conducted by I.C.A.R., New Delhi.

- Register yourself before filling the form.
- Fill in the form. Also, print a copy and send it to ANYONE of the seven Applications Receipt Center (ARC) locations.

- For Reserved category INR 500
- Pay the fees through Demand Draft or by Challan to State Bank of India, payable to the Financial Advisor, MCAER, Pune at Pune.

- Hostel: The college has separate accommodation facilities for boys and girls, each with 41 rooms, accommodating 82 students. Additional facilities include TV, recreation hall, separate mess building, volleyball ground, etc.
- Library: The library houses more than 1.57 lakh books and other reading materials, in addition to 255 journals of agricultural, technical, and allied science interest. It also houses special interest collections and rare books.
- Co-Curricular Activities: The College has many sports and physical education facilities. These include a gymnasium, a table tennis board, and a volleyball ground.
- Educational Tours: Educational tours for B.Sc. (Agri.) students are arranged every year. The educational tours aim to provide a platform for the students to get acquainted with the practical knowledge and aspects of agriculture and allied sectors in other parts of the country.

- Institute has well equipped laboratories, there is also a auditorium and the teachers are friendly and support for our upliftment.

- Extra classes are taken even on weekends, but sometimes they are highly essential also.
- Communication among students is not mostly in English as it is required for higher education.

I choose this college as it was a A grade college, and near to my homecity. I got selected via Cap round, and the college stands uniquely in comparison to other college in terms of education, regular colleges , well equipped classes, labs ; also it has a wide campus. I could not make to other govt. college because of reservations as OBC candidate require more score to get admission in any govt. college. Admission process:- submit all the documents accordingly and pay the money online. sign the roster form from all the professors.

- The college campus, classroom teaching staff are the main core of the college they take. More effort to teach the students I like mostly .

The Sri Shivaji Agriculture College Amravati is far better than other private as well as government college! It comes under private education society named Shri Shivaji Education Society Amravati though it comes under private education society the fee is of government college! I would like to to suggest that please make a proper list of colleges according to the right preference on the basis of the Score u got through MHT- CET! Admission process is also easy u have to just fill the name of the College in ur preference list and u got the chance to get admission in College!
