College of Technology, GB Pant University of Agriculture & Technology Pantnagar Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

There are placement facilities is available. most recent there is a placement package is 7lakh. there are 1000+companies coming to offer jobs. most of the students are taking placement. I also thinking of taking a placement

Placement to the college is average, but in the mechanical engineering branch, it is good. Companies like TCS, Maruti Suzuki, and Tata Motors are visited every year in the college. The highest package is around 12 lakh per annum and the lowest is around 4 lakh per annum. Around 50 Percent of students got the placement.

The placements here are sort of average. Students can sit for placements from the 7th semester. The highest package offered was 18 lacs and the average package is around 7-8 lacs. Around 70-75 % of students get placements.

For placements our college is average because only 6270 % students are getting placed by our college which are get placed by companies like Mahindra and TCS and John Deere and tough for our branch name does Agricultural engineering and M and any other branches there is less placement than this branch so for this placement regarding activities are average in my college thank you

In our college, every time a different company comes to placement our students but some of the companies come regularly like John Deere Mahindra traffic extra and if we talk about the percentage of our students which got placed are 60 to 70% are placed in good companies.

I've get admitted through State Entrance Exam at Jnkvv Jabalpur for my masters but when I got selected for Pantnagar University through ICAR AIEEA (PG) AIR25, 3 month later I left for Pantnagar University to JNKVV Jabalpur.Pantnagar is most prestigious university in India after IARI delhi in Agriculture.

Placements are fine but its increasing year after year. If you have all the criteria fulfilled then it's easy to get decent placement. Some of the companies that recruited from our college are Hero Moto Corp, Mahindra & Mahindra, whirlpool, TCS, tata motors, Google, etc.

The placements are good but very few students out for placements since most students opt for other paths like banking, MBA, upsc, masters etc. The packages offered this year went upto 8 lakh which is a fair amount with a mere bachelors degree. With the introduction of a dedicated placement cell the placements have improved tremendously. I plan to pursue masters from abroad after the completion of my degree.

3rd Placement is good like no of companies visited 12- 20 highest package , average in between 3-4 lakhs 80% Government sector or ph.d

It is a government university which is reflected to AICTE the rules and regulations are not so strict here we can go to college in informal clothes in our own clothes and there is no need to wear any college dress.This college is very near to my house, it is one among the international university and everyone knows about this university. The university is is very near to the city and even there is no noise and the environment is very peaceful that helps a lot to in studying even there is a eccf that means a computer facility which is provided to every student who so ever can use but he or she should be a college student so that he or she can access the internet very easily and every day we get at least 1 GB data
