After completing the 4.5-year MBBS course, students must undergo a compulsory one-year internship in a hospital associated with the college, as per NMC guidelines. During this internship, students are rotated across over 20 departments, including surgery, medicine, orthopedics, pediatrics, and radiology, to gain comprehensive exposure and experience. While a stipend is provided during the internship, its exact amount has not been determined since no batch has yet graduated.

Although junior resident positions in Maharashtra offer salaries ranging from INR 30,000 to 40,000 per month, many students opt to prepare for the NEET-PG for specialization instead of immediate placements.
