Likes

The teachers are nice and encouraging, they seem too qualified for their job.
The college provides very good accomodation and they take 700 per semester and 2000 electricity bill per semester and the rooms in the hostel are clean and well ventilated and the food given inthe hostel is also very good
There are different types of scholarships with different amount like 1lakh per annum or 50,000 per year and the scholarships are easy to get if you have good grade

Dislikes

Faculty to student ratio is 25:1 which i think is not good.
Each room of the hostel have 3 beds ,3 almirah, , curtains ,study table , mirror , chairs ,sockets ,lamps , gyser, toilets and bathrooms ,mess facility is also available, meal quality in hostel is not good .
The minimum attendance required to sit in final exam is 75% which sometimes become a burden for students

Likes

The college infrastructure is very good. The college staff is very helpful and provide study material for the students.
The faculty in In our college is well qualified and almost all the teachers are MTech and PhD holders
The discipline committee of the college is very strict

Dislikes

The infrastructure of the college is good, but not in the well saved and not in the good architecture shape
The discipline committee is very strict And they take very strict actions if any miss behaviour is performed by the students

Course Curriculum Overview:

The exposure to the courts of the civil engineering and other department branches very high. The The guest lectures are provided to the students to get the exposure to the industrial as well as to the other things which are related to the course. The teachers are very helpful and give the information through the projectors. The projectors are placed in every classes which gave the students a virtual experience for their course.

College description

Likes

The campus is located near the hills and the place is quite .
The camps is big with the structures of college is cool
The open theater and garden looks really good at the night events

Dislikes

The elevators doesn't work even the transportation is bad
The water facility is very bad it is hard to get drinking water because it is a remote area
Hostels food is bad sometimes its just water in pulses

The teaching methods are good. The couse is good that faculty very helpful and kind. They give guidance to the students about their career and job opportunities. The pratical studies are less .they didn't tell about the pratical use of most of the things

Likes

I like Teaching experience of teachers and also campus which is too goodand the greenery of the campus is also too good to makes our heart feel good.

Dislikes

There is no gym in college campus. And the sports that is playing system is not good

•I like this course because I have interest in this field and I would like to become an good civil engineer who works as a whole. •The curriculum is easy to do. Do work hard and also smart. • The teaching curriculum is good I think there should be no improvement in the teaching curriculum. • The timing of the exam is 3 hours.

Likes

The infrastructure and the campus life is very nice
It is near various tourist spots such as palampur and dharamshala etc
The teachers of our civil department are very helpful and they help us in every way.

Dislikes

Hostels are not available after 1st year
Fee of boys and girls are different and it sometimes feel like discrimination.
The attendance sometimes become very big difficult to maintain.

I chose college because of my family background my brother and sister both have done B.tech in civil engineering from this college. So my parents asked me a join this college hence I joined this college.

Overall experience is good every one is nice

Course is quite interesting if you have interest It provide value which will help you in future The frequency of exam are around 4 to 6 months They need to improve in result of semester as the result come at the end of the 2nd sem which is quit announcing

Likes

Campus and infrastructure,site visiting.
Availability of Library books and lab experiments
Civil Faculty is very good focus on studies deeply

Dislikes

Thing is disliked is every teacher wants result
Partiality in scholarships and fee structure
Proper parking for student ve chiles isn't there.

I will rate faculty 7 as some teachers are very good and some aren't up to the mark .labs are good and experiments are done simultaneously.i think faculty should improve and should Focus on practical knowledge.

Deep description of RAJIV GANDHI GOVERNMENT ENGINEERING COLLEGE, NAGROTA BAGWAN..

Likes

The environment and location of college is very nice it is not much colder neither much hot also many tourist spots are also near college so it is very good place for travel
The fee of college is much affordable as compared to other private colleges.
The teacher specifically is Civil branch are very helpful and it interaction between students and teachers is very nice.

Dislikes

The college doesn't provide hostels after 1st year of college.
The minimum attendance required to sit in final exam is 75% which sometimes become a burden for students
The sports facilities are not upto the mark college doesn't have its cricket ground.

Placement Experience:

Placement culture is not much popular in our college. Most of the students prepare for GATE exam and other government exams during their college life and wants to pursue carrier in that field. But it is not that the college doesn't provide any placement opportunities Yes college does provide placement to some branches but most of the cases students themselves doesn't sit for private placements Just like above I also want to prepare for government exams after my B.tech.

My college life and experience pf college

Likes

Campus is good. Staff is good. Labs are great.
Process of events are good and other activities are pretty good
Lecture theaters are great and facilities are great.

Dislikes

There is no auditorium and indoor ground.
There is no event hall for events which can save money for years
Electrical staff is good but faculty is less need more teachers

Course Curriculum Overview:

I want a field work job. Electrical is the course where you get field jobs and more satisfaction about the job. The education is good for preparing us for a real world but there is a lack is parctical knowledge. The practical knowledge can be inhanced by some filed work , educational visits.

Likes

College provide a very good view of dhauladhar
College is situated in very good location
Environment around the college is very good there is a forest also

Dislikes

College does not have an indoor auditorium.
College library is not that big if it get bigger so we get different books
College does not provide a big ground to play .

The fee structure are not very high.There are very less fee structure in all courses in UG courses.The course study are improved for large faculty teach the students and experience teacher can teach the students

Likes

Well qualified and serious faculty of teachers.
We get opportunities to fill the scholarships.
We get a good locality with good air and water

Dislikes

College does not have a good sewerage system.
College is situated near river sometine water enters.

Here we get knowledge about the new technology which is very helpful for us in our in our respective fields.
