- The environment and location of college is very nice it is not much colder neither much hot also many tourist spots are also near college so it is very good place for travel
- The fee of college is much affordable as compared to other private colleges.
- The teacher specifically is Civil branch are very helpful and it interaction between students and teachers is very nice.
Dislikes
- The college doesn't provide hostels after 1st year of college.
- The minimum attendance required to sit in final exam is 75% which sometimes become a burden for students
- The sports facilities are not upto the mark college doesn't have its cricket ground.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course is chosen is Civil Engineering. I selected it because of my family. My elder sister has done Btech in Civil Engineering from the same college. So my parents wants me to do the same thing hence I chose this course The things we are taught in the college are sometimes related to real world and sometimes not. I basically depends on the teacher, his teaching style and also subject sometimes. The exam are conducted after every one month and sometimes even after one and half month.
Internships Opportunities
Students get chance to do internship from college after 6th and 7th semester. Internship can be under any government project or any private project but the company which is providing internship should to verified by college and faculties of college.
Placement Experience
Placement culture is not much popular in our college. Most of the students prepare for GATE exam and other government exams during their college life and wants to pursue carrier in that field. But it is not that the college doesn't provide any placement opportunities Yes college does provide placement to some branches but most of the cases students themselves doesn't sit for private placements Just like above I also want to prepare for government exams after my B.tech.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees of college is quite affordable as compared to other private colleges but the only problem I faced is that you have to take P.G. or Rooms because college doesn't provide hostels after one year. Scholarships are also provided in our college to financially backward students i.e. SC, ST, EWS etc
Campus Life
The name of the college fest is not always same. It depends on the time of fest, organizing committee, and the society which is organising the fest. In library a good variety of books are available you can say that a person will not get disappointed after going to library for the purpose of books reading Also a new library block is being constructed in our college and it will be open for students from next semester All classrooms are filled with projectors and some classrooms also have digital screen in them Sports is also their in college but if you really want to do something in sports then this college is not for you Also their are clubs and societies in college club are created with teachers and students both involved in them and societies are made by different branches
Admission
Getting admission in college was a smooth and nice process. I got admission on the basis of my 12th percentage. The only thing I don't like about admission process was that the counselling process was very long and I had to wait for around 5-6 hours for my turn. Reservation doesn't affect my admission process much because for 12th cutoff there was no reservation at that time.
