Remarks

Bad remark is the system of college is slitly tough in fee matter . They never listen your point of view or your problem and 2nd one they gonna never give you relaxation for attendance.

HPTUJEE. I choose this college because my family background is not so gud and they are not able to invest lots of money on my study..this college provide my best study n rhe fee of college is not so high.. Compare to other private college my college is best in every thing.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose mechanical engineering, because mechanical engineering course is best in this college faculty also help me to choose the course and elective subjects.Course structure is very easy not so hard not so easy but very effective course material.

Yes my college provide us internship. College provide us internship in best industry and stipend starting 10k.

Total fee of course is B.Tech (Per year with hostel)- 100000 B.Pharma (per year)- 50000 the fee is not so expensive in this fee college provide every things wi-fi to food n security. Fee submit every sem at last . college also provide loan by bank.

Campus life is very very awsm in college here you meet every state students every culture in one campus students time to time organised parties they celebrate b'day , festival etc sports competition also organised every Sunday seniors organised party or competitions.

Hostel fee for per year is 50000 the fee is same for all girls n boys hostel are separate the fooding is very good cook are very professional rooms available in sharing and single single for seniors n sharing for juniors .In room they provide Chairs n study table according to students 24*7 light facility with wi-fi campus.

My experience was most memorable the interaction with seniors was so happy and friendly no ragging no insult infact they organised get tighter party with teacher for juniors .In 4 years i never miss my home or my school friends.

Exam Structure

Exam structure are very good they very good understand students and examination cell team is very good. Exam conducted home center Lab of college very good in lab every equipment are available no one can go out frequently from lab.Faculty not allow this.

I crack HPTU Jee exam in 2014 n by counseling I got the admition in this college. The counseling was held in Delhi by HPTU counseling team. I got the details from HPTU website. I regular search the website and after I got the details , I fill the form, the form charge ish 500 only.

In my college all engineering faculty are from NITiens in every branch like b.pharma, law, polytechnic , nursing in every branch the faculty is from NITiens, lowers, doctors etc. The faculty is special for separate subject as well as guest faculty baldo come.

Placement Experience:

At NIT Hamirpur, students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester onwards, and the placement scenario has been quite encouraging in recent years. A wide range of companies such as Infosys, Wipro, L\&T, Capgemini, Tata Projects, and several core as well as IT firms visit the campus every year. The highest placement touched an impressive 2.05 crore offered to a mechanical engineering student, while the overall average package stands at around 10.5 LPA, which is a strong figure compared to many other NITs. The placement percentage remains high, with a majority of students securing offers, especially in branches like CSE, IT, and ECE, though core branches like civil and mechanical also receive good opportunities. The profiles offered include roles in software development, consulting, design, project engineering, and research. After completing my degree, I plan to take advantage of these placement opportunities to gain solid industry experience and later decide whether to pursue higher studies or competitive exams for broader career growth.

If your state government provides you free education under reservation then you can avail that here as people from Himachal Pradesh get for SC and ST.
