Mahatma Gandhi Government Engineering College Admissions
The admission to 50% of the seats will be made on the basis of the score obtained in JEE (Main). The remaining 50% of seats will be allocated on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examinations. i.e. 10+2
The admission to B. Tech Lateral Entry Scheme will be done on the basis of merit obtained in diploma in appropriate branch.

- College facility is good teachers are nice in behaviour
- It is located in middle of mountains for nature lovers it is good location
Dislikes
- The college is still building and some of the labs are still close
- Facility is good but for some of the subject teacher is not arrived
Admission:
I have give jee main examination but haven't get any seats in any NITs and GFTIs . I got this collage by applying for spot round in hptu . Students can get addmission by applying hptu counseling ther is 50% seats for jee mains and 50% hpcet students
Likes
- As the college is still in under construction,the infrastructure is not that good but it will be developed within 2-3 years completely.
- This college is located in hard terrains of shimla , transportation is also difficult and also the faculty is very friendly
Dislikes
- Social interaction is zero ,there is very minor sports activity
- No ground is provided , functions are organised for entertainment which does not entertain anyone ,boring
Admission:
For addmission there are two ways for direct entry it can be on hpcet exam basis through counselling which is held in July August every year and other is on jee mains score and 3rd one is on leet basis

- The college just opened few years and also there are approx 300 students so the teachers are very much concerned about the student's result and there performance
Dislikes
- The college is still under construction so we are not able to perform practicals and the college doesn't organise any event , fest or functions

There are many ways to get admission the first step to get admission in our university is to give an entrance or through jee main percentile . Even after the first step there are some vacant seats left then you can go to any respected college and apply there if any seats are available in that college and this goes upto third or fourth round of councelling depending upon the vacancy

- Staff is good and have good study in clg
- Have nice environment nearby of the collage
Dislikes
- Market is very far from collage by which student face problem to take any thing
- Some time ...subject teacher will not be in clg

Students will be done 12 th and have diploma..for studening in college Application form should be provided in college web site or by visit clg ..and have collage fees review by the collage staff and also in collage site Addmission will easily done bs visit collage campus

Eligibility of the course is 10+2 or diploma holders. The application form is available on the internet. The admission process is like filling out a form and on the basis of percentage, you got a college or an institute.
Course Curriculum Overview:
I was interested from the beginning in mechanical stream so thats why got enrolled in this course. Faculty was great some were PhD holders and some were doing that time their PhDs. Mtech teachers were also there for courses that were not so valuable in the course according to the need of respected stream. Exams were regular. Two exams were set by the respective college from which marks were added in the final result too. Exams conducted by college were from easy to moderate. Exams set in end of semester by University that is hptu was above moderate.
Admission:
Our college has many good aspects like providers the sports facilities and help in the study also provide us classes of competitive exams and skill development classes. Our college provides full faculty to teach us.

Everything is positive about our college no negativity out there you can't be in awe of Mother Nature.
