Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum includes courses from diverse fields of psychology giving the students opportunities to explore and learn about these fields before they specialise during Masters. The course content can be reduced a bit as it is too much for students to handle. Mid terms and term end exams are held for each semester. There are a total of 6 semesters. Difficulty level is above average.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course allows you to delve into all sub themes of psychology which made me choose the college. A lot of importance is given to practical learning which is highly rare in indian colleges. Internship opportunities are provided in the second year. The teachers have an overall good teaching standard except for a few visiting faculty, but constructive feedback is highly appreciated with them. The course is difficult and rigorous and requires constant learning.

Placement Experience:

In the final i.e. 6th-semester students become eligible for campus placements. In recent times Deloitte has selected around 15 students at an annual salary of 4 Lakhs. The 2nd company Equity has hired only 3 students at an annual salary of 8 Lakhs. But the placement cell will improve over time. Around 70- 80% of the students got placements who have applied in the placement cells.

The name of the college with extent of the course work that helped me think to go for higher education in a diverse and finer way. It was also one of the courses that lined up with industry standards and helped us prepare for the same

Admission:

The main eligibility criteria is that you should have have math and statistics as your 10+2 subjects with whatever your stream would have been but with minimum score of 50% in your other subjects. To get the admission, fill an online form then submit the documents which were asked. On the basis of your math merit in the 10+2 results.
