Fee structure is decent for a government college. Tuition fees, service fees and every other charges are moderate however we only get a short notice period before the fees submission which bothers a certain group of people. There is no scholarship for General caste students.

Fees are minimal, and SVMCM can be availed by a student with a family income of fewer than 2.5 Lakhs Per Year, Fee waivers can also be given if your attendance is 100%. Fees for 1st Sem is Rs 13,590 (including Admission fee) and for 2nd sem, it is Rs 3,200
The fee was good, earlier it was around 20000 later increased to 30000 because many new labs, apparatus, college building etc were developed so it was taken somewhat from students' pocket too. But overall it was quite affordable and a positive for middle-low class people.
Fee structure was quarterly ranging between 3500 to 4000 including all charges. There was scholarship programs for category reserved students. There was some provision of campus placement. Icici came while I was there.
Scholarships are provided to the students by the government of the state. Basically get the scholarship who are from backward categories like SC ST and OBC and 40% of you didn't get the scholarship who are from minority category.
Financial support is provided by the college to the students. The students who maintain 100% class get full fee concession. The students who are economically weaker get 50% of concession if they regularly attend the classes.
