The fests there are very interesting it is filled with beauty and students do a great job to establish them
Faculty is so good of chemistry every teacher is so worth of your time andoney
The college also consider special sport cota students and help them to grow in sports

Dislikes

The crowd is a lottt during the fest times and it's really annoying that time because of rush it really seems irritating.
Canteen food is not really good and the canteen people does not maintain the cleanness, hygiene is bad
The some of our teachers where also not so good in teaching the subject which they were teaching

The Wilsonians life

Likes

I really like the college infrastructure as it is located right across the beach.
I love the faculty as they are great mentors and help in each and every way possible.
I like how there are many fest held in the college and how the college encourages students to participate.

Dislikes

I love the college but the thing is that amenities are not up to mark where it could have been better.
The canteen food is amazing but the management is not so great.

Placement Experience:

The college does provide placements and internships maybe starts from the 4th semester itself and help students for gaining experience for future. The companies are various and the teachers help in choosing the best. My plan is to pursue masters after the degree.

Likes

There are equal percentage of Boys as well as Girls in the college
as it is historical college it has a certain vibe and privilege
college do some certain events for student to boost there moral.

Dislikes

college need to improve there faculty in every stream
my experience in college while learning is not so good for science stream
one more con is to improve there structure

My college experience

Likes

In terms of studies I really liked the chemistry department/faculty. They are really supportive
In terms of students life the crowd is really awesome so many friendly students you can find here .and the girls and boys ratio is 70:30 respectively
Various types of events are organised every and a special guest such as a bollywood actor comes as a special guest for that event and you can get very skillful apportunities

Dislikes

I really didn't liked a department which I would not like to mention here. Like they cannot understand students.
There is a huge gap inbetween lectures like 1:30- 2 hours gap and I find that really annoying
There are not such things that I disliked apart from the two I mentioned above

Placement Experience:

There are not such good placements for bsc degree only one will have to do some kind of course or post graduate course which will help him for the job and it can be more beneficial. Packages can be higher as that of undergraduation

College is very old and has a British era building.
There is a fountain in the college which is also British era
College is hall is big and is enough for 200 people

Dislikes

Campus building needs proper maintainance
Faculty is very bad and not at all good.
Office staff is very rude and unsupportive.

Curriculum is actually very good. There are lot of modern topics and subjects included in the curriculum. These topics have a wide variety from IOT, machine learning, Artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, networking etc.

College is situated in a good locality, facing the sea having the girgaon chowpatty at the doorsteps.
The festivals that happen throughout the academic year including OLE is really a good experience, the participation, the footfall is quite applaudable. They also get successful sponsorship and invite influencer and celebrities.
The Campus is handsomely spacious and well maintained. Also., library and canteen do make students life easier here at wilson.

Dislikes

The teachers aren't the best over here. Cooperation is very disappointing. Also many are not as good a teacher of there subject in the first place.
Rules get too illogical for students who come to study. During festivals they pack everything up and each one of them have to wait in queues at the gate. This could even happen when you might have an exam
No placements as such. No internships offered by the College but commercial firms do visit for that. No student development in terms of their employability. Education level is not good.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is outdated and static. It's just the same for last decade if not more. The teaching method are not well equipped. One shouldn't be mistaken to think about having use of what they learn in the course in real life. It has no real use. It doesn't has the quality to enable students for post graduation entrance exams. To enable them to do research a student has to do hardwork from their side and stay on their toes to reap benefits if any out of this curriculum

Likes

Supportive faculty that go outside teaching hour to provide counsell and help out.
The infrastructure is good and well maintained, especially now that theyve built a seperate building and extra few classes which are also air-conditioned
The cirriculum is flexible and personally I felt that it wasnt too hectic as there were breaks between lectures to stretch out.

Dislikes

The office staff might sometimes be a bit harsh and entitled
The washrooms need to be repaired as they are in very bad condition.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum provided great interesting topic relating to my field and the lessons were also nicely interpreted by the faculty as well. Also the lecture timings were flexible and student friendly. The exam timings were the same for the entire college irrespective of your course or semester and the difficulty level was not too high.

My IT Life

Likes

I liked the college campus and the environment which the college is located
I liked infrastructure of the college which include various rooms for boys and girls common room also
The course was also good for personality development as it improved me as a person

Dislikes

The things i didn't like was the management because for a railway concession also they make us run from here to there for a simple sign.
The some of our teachers where also not so good in teaching the subject which they were teaching

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choosed this course because i wanted to do something in information technology This course prepare you for the real world application but i will say it doesn't prepares you that well for the coming future The area which should improved was the teachers because we didn't had proper teaching teachers for the course so we couldn't understand alot of stuff and they use to come and finish there portion and go.

The campus life and the college fest conducted

The college is very very strict for everyone
The office staff sometimes act rude but sometimes only
The faculty of some departments and strict and biased

Placement Experience:

Every year the college organize placement day for 2 days in January for all TY students. Many companies visit the college for interview and selecting students. Students also get good exposure to Cooperate world and learn how to give interview aside from getting job. The placement is beneficial mostly for IT and Commerce students still all the students from any field are allowed to attend placement day

The college is fun and have things one can enjoy
Campus is aesthetically pleasing and have cool and beautiful spots
