I love the faculty as they are great mentors and help in each and every way possible.

Faculty:

I really respect the faculty as they are great teachers. Each and every teacher is a PhD with great knowledge. They help students to the best and solve their doubts on one on one basis. I really like Hina mam and Kailash sir from the chemistry faculty as they are great teachers and really make sure that their students understand and help them to the best of their knowledge.

My Wilson College Review

So basically the College Faculty is good, especially the History faculty is very friendly and supportive like parents. Looking at the examination pattern i had old course so We had papers of about 100 marks each semester which was a tough job. Now the system has changed

Worth every penny

Faculty members are good people. Teachers are great, their teaching and all really help us to study. So as a BA student, we have 2 semesters in one year. First, we have CIA exams, which are of 20 marks, which are conducted 2 times before the semester exam, and after these two CIA exams, we have the semester exam of 60 marks.

Wilson College: A historic campus bringing tradition and modern aspirations

The faculty to student ratio is 1 Faculty teaches 120 students approx for the first two years. In the third year the course is split into Advertising and Journalism so the Student Teacher Ratio is maintained. The faculty that I would Personally Prefer is Tejasvi Khatri, Hanif Lakdawala and I cant Personally recollect anyone else. Would not name them but there are times when faculty is well versed with old school technical knowledege where i will prefer to have someone who is in the industry and can teach students the updated softwares. We had 2 semesters and an internal for each sem that had an presentation or assignment. For me personally the exams were a peace of cake as I was pretty well-versed with the technical knowledge as I used to freelance to make quick pocket money.

Sometimes favouritism can happen in class
Because of the favouritism some tasks might be given to certain student.

In my experience. When I was in first year they seem nice but as I was new it took me a little while to understand and approach them. But in my second year teachers were familiar to me and they all were approachable. We always had 2 teacher for single subject. And in the third year we have 3 teachers. Exams are mostly fine. Sometimes when the paper is setten up by HOD it could be difficult but most of the student pass the exam. But political science students most of the time fail the exams. Others pass the exam on first attempt.

college need to improve there faculty in every stream
my experience in college while learning is not so good for science stream

About the faculty, they need to be improve more in science stream as my background was science. My exam used held twice a year. My course structure used to be of 4month each semmester. my marks used to grade in GPA.

My college experience

I really didn't liked a department which I would not like to mention here. Like they cannot understand students.

In my opinion the Chemistry department is the best in this college as I said they are really supportive and they help students by understanding the issue calmly and not like frustrated old people. In terms of exams they provided us the question bank as Everyone did and the paper checking is not that tough in other colleges in the chemistry department or subject. While performing practicals the teachers are very friendly and helpful in a good manner. In other department I would not like to mention students are afraid to ask for help as they are afraid for the behaviour of teacher

The faculty members were very bad in terms of teaching. They did not have a good hold on the subjects. The curriculum and timetable are not properly set and there is a lot of chaos. Students have to face a lot of problems in terms of learning new things and guidance from faculty.

Faculty under whom I got to study Were all Professionals who have Worked in the i dustry before, whose Students Do work in Big companies like Meta or Google and they do Have Guest lecture atleast in the BMM course, so All those Big People about whom you might have heard On television they come to college to give Guest lecture in BMM course you have Enlightenment session too were Professors Motivate you so much to Do good life so Here in Wilson college's BMM course Teaching faculty they are so good that they Don't limit their teaching only till The teaching part they do Extra things also For us to reach where We wanna be! Plus We had a Legend Person our Profesor Sudhakar Solomaraj You Google his name you will know who he is and Who are his Students Many Filmmakers and Producers and Owners of big companies and News writers, reporters and Who else not, have been his students I got that opportunity to be there in his class and Be one of his students, I was not good But I Was lucky enough to Be there in his class. If I talk about Exams the. exams were Super good for us We use to Get question banks and A lot help to Study it from our Professors They are helpful and Good But when it comes too attendance being Low Then You might end up in trouble you can Be A Bad Student and Still survive Very well in college just by attending all the lectures but if you Are a Good student and You have Low attendance levels then It difficult for you to survive there

The college one should choose

The teachers we have are very cooperative they help us with every doubt we have they provide us proper guidance small tests are conducted before the exams so we can have clear insights about the exams the paper they set are really very well overall everyone gets good marks and percentage faculty is little strict about the attendance
