GNIT B.Sc Cyber Security: Fees 2025, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

The course offers a supportive learning environment with a student-to-teacher ratio of 20:1. Faculty members are approachable and knowledgeable, though some students may find the strong Bengali accent challenging. Guest lecturers, who are industry professionals, also contribute to the curriculum. Students become eligible for placements in their 3rd year, with companies like TCS, Infosys, Amazon, and ITC recruiting from the college. The highest salary package recorded was 26 lakh INR at TCS.

A one-year internship is offered after the 3rd year, with opportunities available at top companies like Amazon and Microsoft, as well as the police cyber crime department. While the college does not guarantee jobs, internships provide valuable experience, often at startups that typically do not offer stipends. The annual fees are 90,000 rupees, divided into two installments of 6,000 rupees for the first semester and 41,600 rupees for each subsequent semester.

Scholarships are available for students with over 60% marks in their 12th exams, offering 2,500 rupees monthly from the West Bengal government. Additional scholarships are also available for minority and top-performing students, subject to proper documentation.
