In the college, hostel should provide the poor facilities to the students.
Previously gmrit is known for its placements but due to recession and gradual increase in unemployment the placement rate has completely degraded so to overcome this the college is trying to employ the students in its own companies.
Boys and girls washroom are side by side which is insecure those locate in civil block and mechanical block

My college life

Likes

I liked the college infrastructure. It is very nice
Sports arena is superb in participating in the sports.
Campus life is excellent and the placements are nice

Dislikes

Some faculty behaviour is not much good.
Hostel food and the price is not good to that food.
College uniform is the first I disliked in the college

Placement Experience:

Palcements are conducted in 4th year for every student. Some of the companies visited to the college is Accenture, TCS, etc. the average package is 300000. The minimum cgpa to eligible to the placementis 7 cgpa.

"A Comprehensive Review Of GMRIT"

Likes

In GMRIT i like mostly greenary ,infrastructure,clubs etc.
students who are having interest in social service can join in gamyam and can pursue their interest
without fee students can learn and take UPSC preparation which is one of the toughest exam in india.

Dislikes

Tution fee cannot affordable by everyone in our college
for 1 lakh hostel fee we can have more tasty food

I would rate 9 out of 10 in view of curriculum ,the curriculum is very good in our college .Students will be given a perfect schedule for their classworks. will be conducted strictly.The curriculum not only provide theoretical learning but also provide practical knowledge to students by conducting many coding events,project expos,paper presentation etc.

Lecture capture system can give us live classes.

The first thing I liked in my college is the environment to learn
The second thing is library which have a vast number of books.
and the third one is lab facilities in the night also to learn

Dislikes

There is strict rules that to wear a dress like very formal.
They did't teach the subjects through the projects

Placement Experience:

from the 7th sem students become eligible for campus placements. Some companies like Cognizant,IBM, GMR, deolite etc...The highest package is 10LPA and average is 4.5 LPA. the percentage fo students to getting placements is 80%. My plans after the degree is to do a job in a tech company.

Likes

Sports facility is very good in Gmrit and you can participate in jntuk tournaments
Student clubs are there in the college to enhance your skills like communication, leadership qualities
Well equipped Labs are available and you can stay at late night upto 12 for studying

Dislikes

College timings are worst compared to any college. our college timings are from 9 am to 5pm
Very strict rules in the college like uniform shoes I'd card etc etc.

Placement Experience:

From the 7th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements and the placements are avg compared to other colleges. the highest package is 34 lakhs and avg package is around 4 lpa expected. 90 per cent of the students are placed

I love the library most. There are many books available. We can also study in library. There are reading rooms for us.
Next is sports erena. We can play many games like table tennis, badminton etc.

Dislikes

My dislike is my college rules and timings of the classes scheduled from 9 to 5.
My another dislike is our uniform colour is not that much attractive.
My another dislike is writing records.There are many records to write.

Yes, lateral entry is available in this college for the B.Tech course. The eligibility for the same is 10+3 along with the scores of the ECET entrance exam.
