GMR INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY has very active and quite peaceful campus life on the lush green 155 acre campus -a ragging free, strong friendships developed by the staying in the hostel or attending events.Involved in music, photography and literary, robotics, coding groups.Annual fest stepcone on January or February with workshop,event, journal, project submissionsand culturals.Best infrastructural support with well equipment.

The social life in our college is acceptable i cannot say it super because of restrictions in our college especially for girls and tech fests are quite happen every year and there are fests that are considered to be best is stepcone and annual day we can enjoy a lot in those days which happens around jan and Feb and also there 10 clubs i think maths club and dance club lot of clubs especially csi,acm,iste these are students chapters which helps us to conduct events in a good way and when it comes to books and journals our collge is top notch you can get lot of books and they support us to get new books if the books are not available in the library and the college provides lot of resources based on the use case you can get in the position of what you want

Overall experience is good we have one annual day and students fest which stepcone and it going to held in around january and Feburary and we do have some support in library if we want a particular book they can provide that by placing any order and we have screens for conducting ppt sessions and overall experience for sports are good students run social groups like csi,acm and iste which are quite helpful and it is very impactful to our life and campus life frnds are very good we can get good memories and here in gmrit the greenery is quite good campus infrastructure is excellent

Campus life at GMRIT is active and enganging with annual fest STEPcone and technical fest TECHNOVATION usually held early in the year the library has good books and journals classrooms are tech-enabled ,sports facilites are decent and student clubs enhance social interaction

the annual technical festival is stepcone monthly conducting events are some tech events which are conducted by the student chapters like ACM,CSI. the accessibilty of books are good,journals available in the library is IEEE. the facilities and technological provisions within the classrooms are well with proper maintainance.

There are two major fests Stepcone and Annual day. Stepcone generally occurs in the month of February, but this year it is in January. Annual day occurs in the month of April. The library has over 68000 books. It has also access to IEEE, springer,etc GMRIT is well known for its sports facilities. It has almost all the requirements many games. It has also has a gym and a 400m running track. Our college has many clubs like music , dancing, singing, Radio, games, diiferrent student chapters like ISTE , CSI,ACM, ACMW etc
