An quick overview on GMRIT

Likes

The faculty and facilities in college and academics is really good .
The sports and games facilities are the best .
The labs and library well equipped with equipment and books.

Dislikes

The hostel it is not worth the fees and it is strict.
The more rules which makes us feel like more schools than college
Food sometimes it is good but sometimes it is bad.

Admission:

I applied to various different colleges in my councelling process but i was willing to join this college from starting. So i got this college in my third councelling. No i didn't rejected from any of the college i applied. The addmission in my college can be done by two ways first one through apcet examination and through management.. Through apcet the person should have scored below rank of 10k then through the councelling that person may get to this college

GMR is one of the best institute for engineering in Andhra Pradesh.

Likes

There is a good library with good facilities
There is digital libraries also available
Green campus with 5S regulations in GMR institute

Dislikes

There nothing to dislike, but some strict instructions
There is a separate dress code for juniors and seniors
Don't expect more number of holidays like other institutions

Admission:

In GMR institute of technology there are mainly two different types of admission process, One is through EAMCET Second one is through management quota. The another type is lateral entry into 2nd year directly.

The college conduct a faced every year which is stepcone this first help students to get social interactions with other college students and share the experience and knowledge with other
The faculder very qualified with PhD degrees they have good knowledge with the technology that are required for the students to get no so that they can utilise in the real time application
College has the best infrastructure with the best location with greenery around the campus which is very pleasant and peaceful for the students to study and it is very beautiful campus with an achievement of having the cleanest campus in India

Dislikes

The college has very cold climate during the winter season due to large amount of trees and garden area
The college is located in large area of around 1:30 acres and it is very difficult to Rome around the camp
The college is a bit for from the bus station

Admission:

Applied for different colleges like Gayatri Vidya Parishad Anil Gonda and gmrt windows I choose you are Marathi because it has naac a plus writing and also has NBA aggradation and it is also one of the top college in the state and it is international recognised college it has collaborations with international universities For the admission into the college I brought AP EAMCET exam and through the counselling process I got admission into the college during the counselling process I have submitted my 12th TC EAMCET marksheet in allotment letter

College environment and infrastructure is awesome. College provide very good environment for study
College faculty is good and academically included subjects are good
Labs are too good in this college. Practically we can learn so many things

Dislikes

Some unwanted subjects are included in the curcuillum. better to replace them with useful ones
Need to improve in bringing good companies for internships
May be some more sports events shall be conducted

Admission:

I have some other colleges. But I felt gmr is the better option because of the facilities and the faculty and placement record is also very good in this college. Admission process is smooth u can get admissions through the EAMCET there is certain cutoff rank for every branch. it changed with demand of the year

Life in GMRIT

Likes

The faculty is well educated and experts in teaching.
Infrastructure in the college is very attractive and beautiful.

Dislikes

The college security is very strict they will never allow the students without id

Admission:

Because of the infrastructure and the records of placements in previous years and the faculty qualification in the campus and the ciriculam they follows.I prefer to choose CSE so I have applied several colleges for CSE and also ECE but I got Ece in my college.

Labs are well facilitized. And have a good equipment

Dislikes

The strick rules and the extra classes was very bad
Girls are restricted to go out of hostel .
Food in the hostel wad poor and cleaning was very bad

This college is nearest to my home town so according to my health conditions my family preferred this college. And many of relatives are working in this college . So I joined here because many suggest this college

This campus is one of the best in the area compared to other colleges in terms of education, sports and placements. I have choosen this college over other because it is one of the best college in the area with good atmosphere and education with low cost. The placements were good with package compared to other colleges. The admission process to get into it is by qualifying in EAPCET which is conducted by the government.
