New Delhi: The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has changed the schedule for the AP Engineering Common Entrance Test (AP ECET). The official website, cets.apsche.ap.gov.in, has the most recent test schedule accessible.
The AP ECET 2023 exam was originally scheduled to take place on May 5, 2023. Candidates who have enrolled successfully for the exam need to be aware of the new AP ECET 2023 Exam Dates. The exam will now be administered twice, from 9 AM to 12 PM and 3 PM to 6 PM, on June 20, 2023.
AP ECET 2023 scores are used for admission to the first-year B.Tech and B.Pharm programmes.
The exam will be administered as a computer-based test (CBT) online. The preliminary answer key will be released on June 23, 2023, in accordance with the AP ECET 2023 schedule. Up until June 25, 2023, candidates will have the opportunity to raise objections against the AP ECET 2023 preliminary answer key.
The qualifying percentage marks for obtaining a rank in AP ECET 2023 is 25% of the total marks, or 50 out of a total 200 marks, in the four courses (three for BSc mathematics). However, there would be no minimal threshold for ranking the candidates for SC/ST applicants.
The APECET 2023 notification stated that if a candidate's claim that they fall under the SC or ST category is later determined to be false at the time of admission, the rank they obtained at the APECET [FDH and B.Sc (with mathematics as one of the optional subjects)] 2023 will be revoked.
