Jagannath Barooah College Jorhat B.Com {Hons.} : Fees 2025, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

The yearly fees is 12000 of the college, and the practical lab fees are extra those have taken other stream, yeah the college provides scholarship but I don't get any weaver from the college my friends got free admissions

I recently enrolled to this Institute which has recently became an University,which is a very wonderful thing. As a newcomer I've alot to see in this University but over the past months my experience with this University is way too better compared to my previous college. Here in my department the teachers take teaching seriously and help students alot. I've always been weak in Accounts and now I am quite average at it. The Fee structure is around 7.5k per sem(approx.) for degree and 5.7k for hs(approx.) But you can also get fee waiver if you are from assam board or if you have studied in any school of Assam. There are reserved seats at the time of admission and you can even apply via CUET examination. I personally applied via CUET and am studying with fee waiver. There are alot of schoolarship schemes availed by the college where you can applied and get it if you meet the requirements. Overall experience is very nice. Functions are great,sports are great, education is great but the infrastructure can be improved. The infrastructure is the only flaw of this University which I believe will be fixed in the upcoming years. I recommend students who actually want to focus on studies to come here. Thank you

As it is a private college, the fee structure per semester is about Rs 5000. It fees may vary with different semester and streams. The college provide scholarship for the meritorious students who tops the exams. The College also provide different scholarship schemes for students according to their financial conditions, caste etc. Some scholarship schemes are National Scholarship Portal, OBC/ST/SC Scholarship etc

The fees are affordable. For the financially weaker section, there's free admission too. The Government scholarships like Ishan Uday etc exist at the disposal of the students. Also, different other scholarships directed towards particular categories are also prevalent. I got a job offer on campus with Genpact. Other placement companies include TCS, ONGC(intern), etc.

In Assam there is no admission fees for government colleges so I did not have to pay any admission fees. But yes you need to pay the examination fees for each semester exam. Which ranges from 1000 to 2000.

Our course is very good. It is give us practical knowledge and informativ knowledgeable. Our teaching and learning quality is the strength of our course. Our teachers are highly educated and experienced. They are the best faculty of our college.

I am a commerce student. Our B. Com. Course was pretty good and the course provide the valuable and various knowledge of commerce sector. The faculties of college is praisable. The guest faculty which have our college is known faculty in upper Assam.

Our course curriculum and syllabus is prepared by Dibrugarh University and it is almost satisfiable. But in a semester system this course is long. Our college has excellent guest faculties that known in entire district.

Teaching and guest faculties of Jagannath Barooah College is known faculties in All Assam. Many prominent persons comes in our college as a guest faculties. Our course syllabus is pretty which is prepared by Dibrugarh University.

The course syllabus of our college is fine. Our course provide us valuable knowledge. Our teachers are famous in whole Assam because they are well educated and very experienced. As I witnessed the teaching faculties of this college is very good.
