Likes

The teacher of this college are very intelligent and also they interact with students also very friendly and helping nature.
Jss also offers us a good campus opportunities and gave us a campus jobs which helps us to and gave us motivation.
The campus also places a strong emphasis on sports and extracurricular activities, with ample facilities and opportunities for students to participate and excel in various sports and creative pursuits.

Dislikes

The average placement of the college is not so good as of now
There is up scholarship but college doesn't promote these type of scholarship.
The college library timings are very rigid and the library gets closed at 8pm. also it does not open on sundays which is a very bad things

Likes

Campus is great. It has lot of grenery around. There are dedicated buildings for each branch.
Labs are well equipped. There are some equipments that are out of date. But all labs have ACs
The library has all books and guides available. One can access them at any time.

Dislikes

The course is very outdated, it is not useful in present day industry.
The students are all from different background and it makes it very difficult to socialize
The fests are okayish not very great. Only the technical clubs are good.

Placement Experience:

Placements begin from end of third year. Our training and placement office is very supportive and resourceful and provides with various company applications. Most if the time companies place there own conditions of who all can sit in their placement. Usually it includes of no active backlog and gpa above 7.0. The average package is 8 lakh and highest is 48 lakh per annum.

Likes

Campus is very spacious and beautiful. It is not all clumped up in one building. Different branches have their seperate buildings
Cultural activities, fests take place yearly. Apt attention is given to sports and cultural events.
Discipline is strictly followed here. Everything from dress code to class timings is strict.

Dislikes

The course is a bit outdated. Teh concepts taught are not in use im industry in present day.
There are no acs around the campus, so it gets very difficult in summers.
The semester checking is very strict, it does not allow you to score very good marks.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good for cse, it and ece. It is average for other branches such as civil, mechanical and electrical. The average package is of 8lakh and highest is of 48 lakh. Nowadays, masters is valued a lot more, so I'll be going for masters afterwards.

Awesome Experience

Likes

Campus Infrastructure is awesome and world cass
Education facilitiy is Good and teachers are very supportive
In campus Hostel is also good and they provide multiple options

Dislikes

They are some times strict about attending the casses
Not much extra curricular activities are provided by the College.
Lengthy class hours are there so it becomes hectic to attend every class.

Placement Experience:

This year the placement was very bad. The average CTC earlier was 6 LPA but this year it came down to 4 LPA. This year due to recession many students even didnot get placed. They are now trying offcampus.

Dark reality of jss Noida

Likes

Location of the college is preety good that is sec 62 Noida , heart of Noida , surrounded by IT companies
Size of the campus is decent approx 28 acre
Crowd is decent when compared with other aktu colleges

Dislikes

The infrastructure of the campus is poor .. there is no AC , projector , smart boards in the class which is required
The ascent of south indian teacher is difficult to understand.
Cultural fest always get cancelled due to silly reasons.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The college follow the curriculum of aktu which is known for really poor curriculum. It is not as per the market demand , to grap a job the student need to acquire skills from other platforms without depending on college.

Likes

It's the topmost college in Aktu university. Placements are good. Faculty is supportive.
There are many societies in JSS which really help in character development.

Dislikes

Most of the faculties don't know how to teach and they aren't even fully aware of the subjects they are teaching.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements after 3rd year. All the mass recruiters visit this college and offer a decent package of 6-7 lakhs. Highest package was 19 lakhs. Almost all the students in this college get placed. I would be going into the corporate after the degree.

I like the discipline of college..teachers are cooperative
Ground is quite big....and I liked the area in which college is situated
It's near companies so that we can get opportunity

Dislikes

Average placement is not good in recent year
They don't have ac in their college rooms
They even can't allow their gurl to wear shorts in college campus itself

Placement Experience:

Placement this year is very low in my college... Average placement is 5 lac but this year it's very low... Many students are even not placed... Companies not visited our college this year .. MNCs like Google never visits in college

The honest Review of JSS

Likes

I like the campus environment and moreover the Greenery in the college which gives positive energy to the students which make feel good
The location of this campus is so good that you can go anywhere easily the connectivity is best.
The exposure this college provide is one of the best thing I liked cause they help in more extraordinary things we can do apart studies.

Dislikes

This college provide dress code to students which I disliked very much
This college don't do fest which is the bad thing

Placement Experience:

This college has the avg placement of 4-5 lacs and highest has gone up to 57 lacs. But in the 2023-2024 placement there is avg placement of 3-4 lacs and highest in the cse gone is 14lac which is demotivating. Many companies has came to this college and make the offers and there are many students who got avg package. Here in 2023-24 The mechanical department got the highest placement percentage which is 89% almost all students get placed . Placement- mech>CSE>EEE>Civil>EE

A beautiful journey of college

Likes

I like the green lust campus and the senior interaction also the faculty staff and para staff are very friendly and of helping nature .
Practical labs and session for co carricular activities gives the students ample chance to polish their skill and chance for improvement of upcoming era
This college gives very good placement , and gives very good environment for learning and preparing for future goals

Dislikes

Ac is not in the college rooms or we can say that not compatible for student to focus
The college fees is quite high and many students who belongs to demote areas sometimes suffers for their studies
The food of hostel is very bad the message doses not provide a tasteful food for student

The program outcomes of the course curriculum are very basic and necessary. This course curriculum never disappoints student in building their future By this course student can represent himself in future on any platform and do better

Brief review of JSS college

Likes

The campus is a open space, with plentiful of greenery and spaces for fun activities
The laboratories are well equipped and regularly maintained
The hostel is quite good and in particular the rooms are spacious.

Dislikes

The mess food is at par, not very likely and the schedule of food is monotonous
Exposure to extra curricular is not a regular practice and the cultural fests are not given much importance
The average placement of the college is not so good as of now

Placement Experience:

The college placement are up to the mark according to the tier three college but in the recent past it has lowered a bit due to the recession which everyone has faced recently, and elsewhat we always have the chance to apply for off campus placement

Likes

The college is focused on the studies of the students, they kept a regular check over the student performance by taking regular tests
The staff here is supporting and keep a regular check on the individual student report.
The societies here are good for those who are passionate about there particular field being it coding or extra curricular activities

Dislikes

The companies visiting here have decreased from past few years.
Labs are not much furnished and the equipments are not much advanced

The placement here has an average of 4.5 lakh which is quite low, and also there are much more placement opportunities for a guy in cse. Some of the prominent companies visiting here are C2FO and linktree with a lot of startups, the college has a placement percentage of about 90% for cse,70% for ece and less in core branches.
