Which one is better, JSS Noida, Galgotia, Ajay Kumar Garg or Amity University Noida (for BTech-CS) ?

What should I choose, IT in BIET Jhansi or CS in JSS Noida?

BIET Jhansi is a government college whereas JSS Noida is a private college. I have heard a lot about JSS Noida as my brother graduated from this college last year. JSS being a private college charges a higher amount than BIET. Both of the colleges are good enough to take admission but let’s compare it with a few factors. The infrastructure of BIET isn’t up to the mark whereas JSS Noida is well-maintained and has a beautiful campus that includes greenery as well. The hostel services and the premises of BIET are cheaper and aren’t well-furnished. As Jhansi is in Bundelkhand and it is a small city, BIET doesn’t provide good facilities because of its location. On the contrary, the students of JSS Noida have the access to prepare for any other competitive exams like CAT, UPSC, GATE, CSE, ESE, GMAT/GRE and many more. Noida is near Ghaziabad, which is the NCT of Delhi and many coaching institutes run in Ghaziabad. This fortunate opportunity isn’t available for the students of Jhansi. Which college should I choose for CSE, IET Lucknow or JSS Noida? The fees are not an issue. Focus on environment, campus, hostel and what is taught in CSE.

I can give you some information on both institutes since I have friends from both IET Lucknow and JSS Noida. Based on the reviews that I got from my friends I will say choosing JSS Noida will be better. It has a locational advantage, which plays a crucial role. The curriculum of JSS Noida is in accordance with the current industry trends. In the first two semesters, you will learn the same courses as any other engineering institutes in India. You can get the detailed syllabus from the website. JSS has a good reputation in the industry. Alumni of the institute are working on Google, Microsoft, etc. Many reputed companies visit the campus for the placement drive including IBM, Wipro, TCS, Amazon, etc. For IET, the location is an issue. The faculty and curriculum are not that great either. So, I will suggest you choose JSS Noida.

JSS an insight that nobody gonna tell you

tution fees 1,20,000 registration fees 1000(when you reach to college ) and many more tution fees will be same for all students of every category except FW students they dont have to pay the tution fees thier fess is around 26000 total fees but there is scholarship provided by govt for every caste(except for FW students)

The yearly fee is ?1,37,850 only. College provide Fee Waiver facility to some students. Tuition fee is 1,12,000?. Fees is equal for all category students. UP Scholarship is provided by the government in college.

The college tution fees per yearly is 119850rs. But in 1st year it is 137850. From 2nd year it becomes 119850. Moreover JSS has now become university so its fees is different with 2.5 lacs as tution fees.

A short glimpse of my college days

The course curriculum is designed to build a strong foundation, and core subjects like Computer Science are well-covered.

In some parts of the syllabus I feel it is outdated and not aligned with current industry standards.

In the first year the total feesbl I paid was 139850 which is sun of academic fees plus the seat reservation fees from counselling. And every year you just have to pay 119850. Fee structure Accidental group insurance 500 E journal online subscription fee 3000 Miscellaneous fee per year 1000 Registration fee 1000 Alumini 500 Lab manual 500 Personality development fee 1000 Tution fee 108000 The fees is same for all categories there is no reservations for fees. There are many scholarship programs like upgovt scholarship in which you can enroll and get scholarship.Mg category is obc and I get 64000 as scholarship same for general and or sc/st they get upto 90000

JSSATE, NOIDA IS A AVERAGE COLLEGE

In first year it was around 138000 2nd yr 120000 and same for 3rd and 4th year . Scholarship is provided by up government for them whose parents income is less then 5lakh. For Scholarship student should need to maintain 75 per attendance.

Decent College

Placements are not really good. Every year they are decreasing. And curriculum is also outdated.

The yearly fees I paid is approximately 250000 which includes tution fees of 137000, registration fee of 1000, hostel fee of 100000. There is ews category in which fee waiver seat is there. There is also scholarship which is for students having family annual income less than 200000. For obtaining scholarship you need to have 75% attendance which is mandatory. Scholarship amount varies from 50000 to 65000 depending upon category.

uniform is imposed for seniors also from academic year 2023

year wise fees is around 120000 which includes all types but not registration fees up scholarship upto 60000 for obc and general and 100000 for sc and st fees increment is possible. since jss has two modw of admission, one is through university and other one is aktu counselling. jss can increase fees for university but aktu controls the fees increment for counselling students. so take admission through counserlling. it will be better for you
