I choose this subject because my interest subjects were available also with an option of honours. Faculty is well versed and is available to solve the problems of an individual. The teaching method used is easy to understand. Exams are helpful for every semester

I have done my senior secondary in a non-medical stream from the CBSE board, but I always wanted to study Social Sciences and was a CBSE merit holder in the Social Sciences in class 10th examinations, but in my town, there was no school offering the Social Sciences subject at the senior secondary level, so I decided to change my stream after the completion of my schooling and got myself admitted here at SD College Chandigarh due to its name in academics and extra-curricular activities. The faculty to student ratio varies from class to class for different subjects that you have taken, but in my classes, it remains 1:30 on an average. Most of the faculty members are the holders of M.Phil and Ph.D. from reputed universities in the country such as JNU, Panjab University, etc., and they knew a lot about their subject and give very detailed and easy explanations to the students. The end-semester exams are of moderate level and are easy to pass in my opinion.

1.Good college mess-I know people don't care about it but I'm fond of eating while fast food so it's the most important thing I ever consider so be insured it's good 2.BEAUTIFUL Campus-our college campus is really big and beautiful as well

I chose this college because it is the top ranked college of Panjab University Chandigarh. It has great faculty. There are many extra curricular activities. The crowd is pretty good. As the city Chandigarh is really good, there are many growth opportunities present.

The college has a good reputation. Moreover the studies are good as well as the staff and the atmosphere is very nice and friendly. They provide excellent knowledge of the course and also abide by the rules.

Goswami Ganesh Dutta Sanatan Dharma College (GGDSDC) is a college of Panjab University located in the North Indian city of Chandigarh. Established in 1973, the GGDSD college is spread over 16.5 acres of land. The college has been awarded A+ grade by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), Bangalore.GGDSD College ranked 82nd in the 2018 All India Ranking by NIRF, MHRD.The college is also recognized as 'College with Potential for Excellence' by the University Grants Commission (UGC), Delhi. Personally because this college offers Economic Honors to students who haven't had math as subject in +2 and also it is one of the most recognised colleges in Chandigarh under Panjab University.

Great faculty, various clubs, infrastructure and good teaching practices. I opted the course because i was interested in economics and maths and i plan to do economics honours. One of my cousins had attended the same college and highly recommended it.

I'm not sure about the placements as of now because it's my first year but yes when I came to the college I was told by the ruling party that the package of a bachelors degree was quite high so that's what I still believe.

various reputed companies like Amazon, Deloitte, Ernst and Young etc visited our college for placements. about 70% of the students got placed in these companies and got jobs. the average salary package offered was around 3 LPA.

College is very good and its infrastructure is also good. it have best staff. It is good in all prospective. I don't have any negative remarks for it. They have good classroom, good environment. Everything is perfect there
