It's like faculty to students ratio is 1:15 maximum and also the faculty are very approachable as well as very kind and slove the problem of students. I specially like Shailesh gahane sir they are easy to avilable and very kind and approachable and try to solve any problem or issues of students. I liked the faculty of college I don't think I had issues regarding any faculty or I didn't like anyone of them. Basically exam are moderated level but the environment of exam are very scary because exam are going to very strict here recently sem exam are held in which near about 40 students are failed from 100. And also the main point to note down course curriculum is very important and as well as very relevant. I am persuing bca so bca is 3 year course in which 6 semester are held and each semester exam we have pay near about 2100rs. Marking scheme are very complex in which internal consists 30 marks in which 10 marks for the assignment 1 another 10 marks for assignment 2 and 5 marks on viva 5 marks on presenty and external consists 70 marks which is theroy paper.

Faculties are very supportive to the students .All the faculties are highly experienced and have deep knowledge of their particular subjects.there are two sessional and 1 end sem per semester . Exams are not much difficult if you have prepared well.Most of the students clear their exams in one attempt only .

YCCE Nagpur: A Balanced Blend of Academics and Campus Life

Things I like about my college is the infrastructure it has. My college is also known as green college because it has so much greenery. Also if i talk about education then it has well qualified staff who teaches very vell.

The faculty members are overall good but are in less number compared to the no of students.Talking about the course structure each semester has 10 subjects (6 theory and 4 practicals)sometimes more or less. each subject has 6 units. The examination is divided into 3 sections,2 mid semesters and 1 final end semester examination. The mid-sem is of 15 marks each and ESE is of 50 marks and internal TA is of 20 which makes the total of 100 marks . If student fails to score more than 40 then it is considered as fail.

Some teachers are very rude in certain departments. but most of them are good

Faculty to student ratio is good. As we have many faculty members behind a bunch of students hence there is proper control and discipline in the college. There are many semester exams which we have to clear and it is better to clear every exam in one go as clearing back papers is very difficult task.

Life at YCCE.

The faculty at the Department of Electronics are super friendly and easily approcable you can go to them for all you problems let them be related to your academics or other. All the faculty members present at the department have their own way of teaching that is easy to understand and they keep on improving continuously. The exams aren't very difficult to clear one can get good grades with just a week of studies as most of the doubts are cleared in classroom itself during teaching session, one has to just go through the notes provided by the teachers.

A brief out of YCCE, Nagpur.

As per me, the teaching staff of some subject isn't good enough.

The college provide mentors to the students to discuss their problems which is very good thing. But some teachers doesn't feel good enough while some are good. Such as our maths teacher Nitin Wange was good at teaching and we used to understand what he teaches and doubt clearing was good to. But on the other hand, Our Chemistry, Web Technology, and Technical Communication teacher were not so good. We couldn't understand what they tought and doubt clearing was not good.
