Honesh College review

Likes

Nature of teacher and their behaviour towards students.
Their teaching skills are very good and have innovative method.
Laboratries are very good and most of the instrument and for cse it has many pcs and all are above 16 gb ram.

Dislikes

Few teacher are partial to students. They favour only her's favourite student.

Placement Experience:

College placements are very good and have a more than 70% placement rate. Many top company like tcs, infosys, capgemini, wipro, jsw, and many more come to give placemnts to students. College also supports startup and fund them.

Review of YCCE

Likes

The college has good and strict academics which restructures the student mental ability.
The college has good amount of company intakes as compared to other colleges in my city
The college regularly organises different technical events

Dislikes

the 75% attendance criteria of my college
Coding culture of my college is bad not much but still it is bad

Placement Experience:

From 6 Semester students become eligible for compus placements. Companies like HCL, TCS, Delloitte, HSBC, Infosys, etc. for my courese which is CSE or CT around 80-90% student get the job. The Highest package was 9.5 LPA by Infosys and gone 18 LPA off Campus. The average package is 4.5 LPA

YCCE College : My Experience

Likes

Good Infrastructure and campus in the college.
good placements for computer related branches.
supportive faculties always ready to help students.

Dislikes

Less placements for core branches like civil, mechanical, electricals.
Strict attendance and academic pressure.
costly fee structure according to facilities.

Placement Experience:

The placements are good in the YCCE college as compared to other colleges in Nagpur. From seventh semester the students are eligible for the campus reqruitments. The companies that offer placements in YCCE are Microsoft, TCS, Infosys, wipro, Persistent etc. The highest package is around 24 LPA and the average package is around 5 LPA. Around 70-80% students get placed every year in the college. My plans after getting the degree is to get a secure job and spent time with family.

Likes

The library has good books and you can easily take whatever book you like
campus is spacious and it's fun to roam and chill

Dislikes

semesters being too short sometimes ....
the 75% mandatory attendance is sometimes difficult to maintain

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible mostly after 7th semester. Various Companies like Accenture, CapGemini, JP MOrgan visit the campus. the highest pakage for this year was 19LPA and the average package was 7LPA in my opinion. 90 percent students got placed this year I will be geting placed as well after degree.

Likes

The faculty of the department were really good.
Tech Fest is good and the collaboration in the department
The enviroment of going beyond your scope and the fellow students

Dislikes

Machines , experimentation and few lectures are outdated
Really need to work on providing industry exposure in domains field
focus on wrote work needs to be eliminated and same time can be alloted to overall personal development

Placement Experience:

7th and 8th sem student are eligible for placements. There were multiple companies which visited from big IT mncs like wipro , capgemini, tcs to domain based companies like adani power and jsw paints. The max placement were from computer science with almost 90% student getting an offer and it would e 20-30 % for other streams.

Personal year, college had good administrative system and management facilities
Alumni network and good placement record

Dislikes

Average facilities and not so good Canteen

Placement Experience:

The dean of student activities and placement at good connections with other companies as well, and they were companies like Amazon, Global, logic, KPMG,HCL, principal, Global, services, Darwinbox, which had multiple different packages and average packages around four lakhs and almost there was 95% placement ratio and highest package was 16,00,000 rupees this year

The best college in nagpur

Likes

Infrastructure is very good with all facilities.
Experienced faculties with higher qualification
Availability of resources in campus and labs .

Dislikes

Placement Experience:

After 6th semester students are eligible for campus placements . Above 80 % students every year placed through campus recruiting drives . Some of the top recruiters are accenture Capgemini cognizant etc visits every year to campus recruitment. Average Highest package is 6 lpa and lowest package is upto 4 lpa.

YCCE Nagpur: A Balanced Blend of Academics and Campus Life

Things I like about my college is the infrastructure it has. My college is also known as green college because it has so much greenery. Also if i talk about education then it has well qualified staff who teaches very vell.
The food of the canteen is also very good and tasty . Our college has 2 canteens both are very good. The college provides so many opportunities to students to showcase their talents.
The main thing is placement. YCCE is known for its placement. So many companies visit our college every year. The placement ratio is overall good. The average package of my college is 3 lpa and highest package of this year was 16lpa.

Dislikes

Things I dont like about my college is the dress code . Who wears jeans in college. My college dress code is very bad in entire nagpur.
The college has a strict detention policy if you failed to manage 75 % attendence then you have to pay 5000 per subject you are detained in.
The result process is very slow in my college. Being an autonomous college they declares result very late

Placement Experience:

Yeshwantrao Chavan College of Engineering in nagpur has a robust placement record, particularly for its undergraduate programs. In the 2023-24 academic year the college secured 766 job offers across various engineering desciplines.

canteen and library and digital classrooms
have good sport ground for criket , football , basketball
have nit and clean campus and some good faculty

Dislikes

does not have all digital classrooms and projectors
have only fans not have air conditioners
having strict facultys and rules regulation

ycce student are eligible foe campus placement after 6 semester . ycce have average palcement around 3 to 4 lakhs in 2021 to 2022 is go 4 lakg average placement the leading companies like accenture,capgemini, tata consuitancy sevice etc

In Depth Review of YCCE

Likes

The college has various events in which we can participate throughout the year.
Girls to Boys ratio is very good hence there is equality

Dislikes

Wifi is very limited but they have been increasing the coverage throughtout the campus.
Some teachers are very rude in certain departments. but most of them are good

Placement Experience:

From 6th sem student become eligible for the placements and this year many companies came to college, Average package was 3.6lpa and infosys took most of the students and came up as mass hiring company. I also got placed in Capgemini and I will be working there for some years
