Course Curriculum Overview
I really was curious of intenal workings of things and choose this mechanical profession. While the curriculum is still relevent in few of the aspects of mechanical but there is a lot of gap between what industry wants and what is taught.
Placement Experience
7th and 8th sem student are eligible for placements. There were multiple companies which visited from big IT mncs like wipro , capgemini, tcs to domain based companies like adani power and jsw paints. The max placement were from computer science with almost 90% student getting an offer and it would e 20-30 % for other streams.
Fees and Financial Aid
The Overall fees per year was around 130000 for general cateory and 75k for obc. Also there was there was semester exam feesof 2500 per sem. There were few sc st candidates who did not had pay any fees and would be eligible for the scolarship as well.
Campus Life
There were multitude of tech fest and other extracurricular activities in store. The first we a Dele Carniage Program for 3 days focussed on overall personal skill development and kind of an ice breaker.
Admission
Well this was one of best colleges aroudnd vidharbha region and the mechanical course was exceptional here. The i went through CAP round and got electrical engineering in 2nd round. AFter 2nd sem , i changed my stream to mechanical. The process overall was smooth and was done in a day.
Faculty
The faculties were availale and ready to help in every aspect. Of course there were outliers but overall it was good. Since the college was autonomous the exam conduction was in house and smooth. The grievience process was also smooth and fast.
Night Life
Well not that much of which i know since i did not opt for hostel and was staying outside. Other than that we did have few club activities which go on all night like go karting clubs and all. That wa good.
