I have some good friends and the faculty is great.
It offers good companies to work with and the support they give is huge, many companies visit college, and we are thankful for college.
This college is teaching good and has good facilities and a great name with middle range fees this college has the best fees structure.

Dislikes

in some departments the staffs become very rude and angry when i encounter such thing like that i feel very sad
infrastructure is the main thing that i disliked because they are very old buildings
then there are many monkeys roaming around that also i don't like

College with good environment, teaching and placements

First thing is that most of the facultys here are phd completed, so they provide good teaching with real time example , another thing is that you don't have spoon feeding and force to write tests daily, you have to take care your studies.
Over-all the college Environment is very good with greenish and calm mood. All the facilities are available on campus like bank, xerox, stationery, post office, food court, dispensary, library, wifi facility around campus. Also food is good in hostel
Extra curricular and co curricular activities are maintained simultaneously like Ncc, nss, yrc and music, dance, photo, drama clubs etc... also all sports are available with ground and indoor stadium.

Dislikes

Only there is some cultural activities are performed.
Only veg is available in the college and hostel.
No pongal , dipavali or any function celebration.

On doing 6th semester companys are coming for placements. But most of the companys come in the 7th semester. There is a lot of companies come here like Embedur, Honeywell,Caterpillar,Zoho,Tcs, Accenture,Hcl,Ltimindtree,Cts,etc.. Around 75-85 percentage of students got offer. The Highest package is 20lpa amd lowest is 3.36lpa. I have to go to IT company for work.

The things that I first like about this college is the infrastructure of the building
The staffs here are well trained and teach with perfection
The atmosphere with the seniors in this college will be one to experience

Dislikes

The gates here in the college are closed during college hours
The cultural events are not conducted here which is a disappointment
There is less exposure around this college as it is located in the outer of madurai

Placement Experience:

The placements in the college has took a drop for the past two years to be honest . The placements are still in offer but the amount of students getting placed are not called for job as soon as they complete the degree it takes a while sometimes more than a year . The placements are said to boosted again in 2027 to 2028

There are about 1000 trees in the campus and it is refreshing

In thiagarajar College of engineering the library will I love, because there are lot of books and magazines.

The college is liberal in all ways of Teaching and guiding students. There are numerous oppurtunities to develop ourselves on our own interest. This is the positive point of my college. But job opportunities in core fields are not up to level. Except that everything is fine.
