Kumaraguru College of Technology, established in 1984, is located on the outskirts of Coimbatore. Spread over a 156-acre campus, the college started with the Ramanandha Adigalar Foundation as its sponsor. Kumaraguru College of Technology has a huge auditorium with a seating capacity of 1,800 with centralized air conditioning. The college also includes Mahatma Gandhi Central Library, spread over an area of 16945 sq. feet. The library has a huge compilation of books owning 67,598 titles and 1,07,534 volumes and has a subscription to 186 print journals, 8,829 online international journals and 59 magazines. The college has four air-conditioned seminar halls each with a seating capacity of 250, named Dr Vikram Sarabhai, Dr C.V. Raman, Sir M. Visvesvaraya and Swami Vivekananda. KCT also includes a huge number of personal computers. The 1st year Computer Lab has 120 PCs that are used for acquiring basic computing skills. The language lab employs 45 computers and the Centralized Computer-Aided Design Lab (CAD) has about 120 personal computers.
Aruljothi Medical Centre on the campus is an eight bedded hospital with two doctors and nursing assistants. The campus also offers cafeteria and three smaller cafes and refreshment outlets inside the campus. The College has a 13 buses, 4 minibuses and 1 van to transport students and staff from different places in and around Coimbatore to college and back. These buses operate along different routes starting from different locations. For sports facilities, KCT offers a 23 acre playfield that accommodate outdoor games like Football, Hockey, Cricket, Basketball, Volleyball, Ball Badminton, Kabaddi, Tennis, Handball, Kho-Kho, Throwball and outdoor Gymnastics. KCT provides on-campus hostel facilities for boys and girls. The boy's hostel has a total of 6 blocks with 510 rooms that can accommodate 2088 students. The girl's hostel has 3 blocks and 264 rooms which can accommodate 1216 students. Other amenities include gym, Wi-Fi facilities all over campus, Bank facilities and Book Stores.

Here the emvironment is so nice and teachers were highly qulaifed and they also cincentrate on extra curricular activities of the studnets like dance sports and many other events. To get into this clg we need to get a min marks required like for civil we need cut off minimum of 165

I chose this college for its strong curriculum, industry ties, and better placement opportunities compared to others I applied to. While I got accepted into other colleges, this one offered the best balance. The admission process required a exam score and was well-organized.

Admission process is very easy and it will be taken care by the staffs of the department. Student has less cut off he/she should opt management quota and for automobime department the amount of quota is around 5 to 7 lakhs. The management quota seeds should be reserved a month before the result or as soon as possible. The fees differs for the management quota students and the government quota students

Admission process is so easy they will ask some original certificate you need to give it and then based on your cut off you will be selected. No need of any entrance exam to join the college. They need to allot some more waiting area for the students.

Eligibility was around 189(E-cutoff).I got admission through engineering counselling. Yes theres reservation for government school students and based on the caste also.Every two months there will be an internal exam.Admission process is good it can be done in 15 minutes without need of parents.

Our college is under counseling and management quota . The cutoff is about 198 for computer science and Artificial intelligence and data science and for electrical engineering 185 to 195 based on their caste

Cutoff required is more than 170 outof 200 and entrance exams are not necessary for the admission and the admission process seems to be easy but donation is required if counseling is not applied or without cutoff
