Also there is mahatma gandhi scholarship for thise are excelled in academics.
The teaching is very good and the teachers are very friendly

Life At KCT

If interested they are many clubs, forums and extra curricular activities that could be explored and to gain practical knowledge
Many many seminars are conducted on various diverse topics
The greenery and space provides a sense of peace in a way

Dislikes

The benches were hard to sit on but they're renovating now.. the benches used to give me back pain
Not very depth notes are given which seemed hard to cope up and study with so many new topics at hand
Some processes were way too complicated to deal with

Placement Experience:

There are companies but the companies that were told that the good ones, they didn't come so much.. only a few companies that gave a package above 5 lakhs came in for my department.. the rest of them were either 4 lakh package or below it was not very good. even the 1 or 2 good companies that came tehy came for electrical.

Best faculty excellent teaching and mentoring
Best placement from excellent and prestigious companies
Evergreen and peacefull environment. Marvelous infrastructure with clean roads.. outdoor and indoor play area with all sports activities, separate gyms for both boys and girls.meditation hall

Placement Experience:

Placement will be held every year in which nearly 2000+ students placed in various companies from various locations. Companies like cobnizant zoho bosch wipro tcs L&T ect recruit every year. The highest package will be 1600000 per annum and average will be 500000 per annum Minimum percentage for the placement is 70 percentage

A green campus with welcoming nature for all students.

Likes

I liked the ambience and the environment of my college so much because it was green and clean and pristine.. such a wonderful environment for education
The next thing is the library of my college with all the available books for reference. The college has well equipped laboratories with experienced staff members
The staff members are so friendly and approachable to the students.. the seniors also provide great mentorship for the students

Dislikes

There is some issue with the old buildings in the college that are so old and cracking compared to the other new buildings, maybe the management could focus on maintaining the same quality all across campus.

Placement Experience:

The students can start to attend the companies during the third year itself and also if the student is excellent in performance and academics, they may even get an opportunity to attend placements during the second year. My plan after getting a degree is to get placed in a high package company with good salary and flexible facilities and staff and colleagues

I liked the infrastructure very much. It is maintained properly.
Faculties are highly educated and experienced .

Dislikes

College rules are very strict .we must follow the rule.
We must have attendance to write the exams

Placemebt rate is really good . About 80 -85% of students in a class is placed . They used to update the syllabys whuch helps the students to go with the trend . Maximum package is 45 LPA and minimum package is 4 to 5 LPA .

this college provides a good placements to the students. students from 3rd year can start applying for placements. the highest package is around 25LPA and average package is some where around 6LPA the placement percentage is about 90% for the students with no history of arriers the preference for the placement is based on CGPA My plan is to pursue masters in abroad

Environment , opportunity of pratical environment like garage, and clubs
College has provided proper guidance by providing a guide or a mentor for a student
It's a co education where girls and boys are communicated and have a genuine friendship between us

Things are settled with delay like approval and more
Facility are not aware of rules based on the examination and track facilities

From 3 rd year on what's the student is eligible for placement and till now more one hundred companies are arranged and started the placement process. In this mostly maximum students who opted for placement will be placed.

The labs in the college are under good maintenance and are accessible for the students whenever they want to ,even the lab assistants are very humble and helpful all the equipments that areused in our kumaraguru College of technology are new
Hostels are good and they offer a natural environment
The freedom given to the students here is very good

Dislikes

Hostels provide only vegetarian food and no non veg food is available
No outing for first year students in weekdays
Distance between the hostel and the classes are too long

I opted for undergraduate degree program in bachelor of engineering in mechanical engineering in kumaraguru College of technology . Subjects regarding the department are very useful and the college also adds some more valuable subjects like design thinking and holistic wellness

Atmosphere, Faculty, climate, teaching everything is very good
They also provide separate hostel for both boys and girls inside the campus.
The food in the canteen is good and the price is also normal

Dislikes

It is a very long campus going to other block almost takes 7-8 minutes

Placement Experience:

The college offers campus placement. Multi national companies do visit our college for placements. Placement percentage is about 95 percent in last year. Average package is about 6LPA. Students become eligible for placement in the 3rd year.

One of my friends was a part of the 2017 MCA batch of Kumaraguru College of Technology. According to her, the atmosphere at the institute is great and it offers decent academics.

The campus life is quite enjoyable. You will get to meet many people on the campus. The college is not that strict about attendance so you can bunk classes and explore the campus on bicycles with your friends.
The hostel facilities are great. The rooms are 4-sharing and food provided on mess is good.
KCT collaborates with good companies for the management of campus facilities and always ensures the convenience of the students. The average salary package here is 1.5 LPA while 28 LPA has been recorded as the highest salary.
It has also started Arts and Science faculties within the campus and hence, gives more freedom to make good friends.
“YUGAM” the cultural fest of the KCT provides the opportunity to showcase your talent and expertise in the particular field to the students.

You will definitely have a good time at KCT.
