- the college infrastructure was impressive with spacious classroom equipped with latest technology
- The whole campus have a lot of trees so we will have a lot of place to have fun
- Compared to other colleges ,our mess is good(only comparatively).But hostel rooms are pretty good
Dislikes
- course curriculum should be improved as it follows the old regulations
- mess food is not that good if we see it in the aspect of price-value ratio
Course Curriculum Overview
For me main aspects is Web developement ,cloud comuputing and data Structures. in a scale of 1 to 10 for the curriculum, i would say around 7.I think still some of the course curriculum sticks to the old concept so that should be imporved.Exams are not that difficult we would have exams every two months atlast there will end semester
Internships Opportunities
Zoho, Mr Cooper, Impact Analytics, EmbedUr, Morgan Stanly, KONE and Muticoreware systems are some of the companies which offered.Mainly for us Software engineer role research engineer ,frontend developer and Backend Developer is offered.
Placement Experience
Around 5th semester students become eligible for placements.I have visited Turing AI,Zoho,Mr Cooper and embedUR.Some made around 6-8 total offers where as some only 2-3.Highest Package currently is 15LPA.Average is around 7-8LPA. Around 2-3 percentage per drive.My plan is to Get placed in company.
Fees and Financial Aid
For us Tution fee was never increased.I think every two to three years it will be increased only for the new students.So the complete cost of my education is 75000. There are many scholarships available mahatma gandhi scholarship given to students who perform well in academics 10000 will be provided.There scholarship for financially backward students.the placements are undergoing.
Campus Life
The largest annual festival which is YUGAM held in march. It will be for three days. Almost all types of books are in the library and we can easily avail anybooks we need and we can easily extend the time.Most of the classes have Projectors and Wifi. Cricket, football, Kho-kho, basketball and ball badminton are mainly concentrated.there are some student-run social groups such as nigal (a studio), music band and Tamil club.
Hostel Facilities
We will be having four tables beds chairs cupboards and Studylight per room.some room may have six.Hostel facilities are good.Compared to other colleges food is good. .Registration process is simple it can be done in 5 mins.For one year it is 1lakh.
Admission
Eligibility was around 189(E-cutoff).I got admission through engineering counselling. Yes theres reservation for government school students and based on the caste also.Every two months there will be an internal exam.Admission process is good it can be done in 15 minutes without need of parents.
Faculty
we can interact with faculities whenever we want theres no restriction in it.The faculty to Student ratio is also pretty good.There will be around 70 or 60 every classroom.Most of the faculities use practical way for teaching so theres no problem in it.They were committed to improve our problem solving and critical thinking skills.This method helped us a lot.
