- 6 hours classes are normal but at our college it were for 8 hours more every odd day.
Course Curriculum Overview
I love electronic devices and elements and this was one of the reasons why I chose EEE. Also, opening up and all was my childhood things and I decided to put that into practice and our college has a perfect course and labs that has made me an engineer of great note.
Placement Experience
Campus placements happens and happens usually from September to December. Every student's are asked to appear for the interview rounds and these opportunities are provided to us in our second last semester. Mostly all are placed before the final semester of theirs.
Fees and Financial Aid
Well, I have finished my graduation from DR. NGPIT and therefore I can even talk about the ROI. Like 1 lakh academic fees I pad every year and I have got a job of 5 lakhs from the campus. Thus, my academic cost is recovered in just a year after passing from the college.
Campus Life
We have fests and events every time and again. Two of the biggest though are Kanam and Heloniciois. The former is the cultural event and the latter is our tech event. There are 7-8 blocks of academics and our MBA block is where our T&P cell is. Sports facilities are good and academic facilities without a doubt are among the best.
Hostel Facilities
There are three hostels in our hostel campus and our of which only two are there for students of engineering college. Registration happens along with college admissions and students are granted seats on 1st cum, 1st serve basic.
Admission
I thought of going to Amrita Vishwavidyapeeth as it's also in Coimbatore and Coimbatore was the place where I felt like I should study. 12th marks through TNEA counselling and DRNGPITECH entrance, you can choose either of them to get admission here.
Faculty
On a personal level, I had an amazing relationship with them as I had numbers of most of them. So, this level of comforting from them made sure that we have a good time not just learning but understanding this love, hate relationship which faculties and students generally share.
Night Life
Our college has a strict policy as we have to leave the campus by 6 pm. Our girls hostels are around 5 minutes walk and by 6.30 pm, we have to be at our hostels. Though we have a study area there and it is available for us to use till 10pm.
