Eligibility Criteria
For the M.Tech programmes (Government Aided), the eligibility is a B.Tech degree in the respective branch. Candidates with a valid GATE score are eligible for scholarship. For the M.Tech (Self-financing) programmes, admission to 50% of the seats is based on merit from the rank list prepared by Director of Technical Education (DTE) as per Government norms. In the remaining 50% seats candidates are admitted under management quota from among eligible candidates.

- For admission to M.Tech. courses, candidates need to pass a bachelor's degree with at least 60% marks.

- The candidates are admitted to M.Tech programs through the valid GATE score with minimum 3 years of experience.
- The members of Associate Members of Institute of Engineers (AIME) are admitted directly on merit basis with minimum 55% marks in qualifying examination.

- For GATE registration, candidates need to fill up the form online at the official website.
- The application fee (Rs. 500 for unreserved category and Rs. 100 for SC/ ST) has to be submitted to any the bank branches mentioned in the prospectus.
