TKM School of Architecture, situated in Kollam, Kerala, was established in the year 2014. Spread over a land of 35 acres, the school is amongst the 12 learning centers of the TKM College Trust.
The program is approved by the Council of Architecture (COA) and All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and is recognized under the Cochin University of Science and Technology, Cochin.
It offers two courses, namely, B. Arch and M. Plan with a maximum intake of 80 and 18 students, respectively.
The standard admission procedure to secure admission into B. Arch degree course is through the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA).

TKM School of Architecture, Kollam Admission Guidelines
To secure Admissions into the B. Arch degree course, the candidates must obtain the application form from the college, on payment of a fee of 1000 INR (cash) or 1025 INR (DD), to such candidates the form will be sent via post, and apply through the standard admission procedure, i.e., NATA.
How to Apply?
- Interested candidates can obtain the application form from the college or download it from their website, by making a payment of Rs. 1000/- in cash or by sending Rs.1025/- in the form of DD.
- The duly filled in application form must be submitted directly or by registered post with A/D to the college to reach there on or before the due course of time.
- Copies of necessary documents must be attached along with the application while submitting it to the college. Application not accompanied by the requisite documents will be rejected without further intimation.
- Candidates must enclose the documents along with a set of application forms in a self-addressed envelope with Indian postage stamps for sending the Memo by Registered post.
- Documents provided after submission of the application will not be considered under any circumstances. Late and incomplete applications will be rejected.

- Snehapoorvam: Snehapoorvam scholarship launched by the Kerala government aims to provide financial support to orphans living with their relatives, friends, or social welfare committees/ NGO’s.
- FAEA Scholarship: The scholarship is granted by the Foundation for Academic Excellence and Access to students belonging to socially and economically disadvantaged sections of the society to pursue undergraduate studies in any discipline and any college in India.
- E-Grantz: Post metric scholarship offered by the Kerala SC-ST Development Department to the SC/ST/SEBC/OEC/FC community students who are socially and economically backward.
