The college fees have been increased for my juniors as they come under a deemed university. I am from the 2023 batch and my fees were as follows: 1,37,650 for the first year, 1,07,700 for the second year, 1,06,200 for the third year, and for the fourth year, it will be 1,06,850 so the overall fees is 4,58,400 Tuition fees need to be paid twice each year(32,500 + 32,500) = 65,000. Automation/IT infra= 6,000 , Library = 5,000 , Professional Development = 5,000 , Maintence fees = 8,000 , Learning fees = 5,000 , Semester fees = 3000, Inovation/Startup =3,000 , Insurance =100 , Lab = 2,500 , Student Welfare = 1000 , Exam fees (1,300 + 1,300) = 2,600. In 2025, there is some high fees of Government Madhav Rao Institute around 1,86,000 Indian rupees in 1st year and for 2nd and 3rd year is 1,46,100 Indian rupees and for final year it is 1,47,600 Indian rupees. And this is same for all branches. For all category the fees are some, but there are some scholarships that provides our college and government , the first is most popular scheme of Madhya Pradesh is Mukhyamantri Medhavi Chattra Yojana this is for those student who are getting 75% or above in madhya pradesh board of secondary education and 85% or above in CBSE board this scheme accomodate full fee return in your bank account. The second one is Mukhymantri Jan Kalyan Yogana in this scheme if student's parents has unauthorised labour certificate or sambal card and student jee rank is under 1.5 lakh in all over indian , give also full fee return in your bank account and, Third one is category based scholarship give some money in your bank account not much like of other two scholarship.

it is an autonomy, so the curriculum is really flexible, and you do not have to worry much about attendance the criteria changes based on the average attendance of students
due to this being an autonomy the syllabus is different and tailor made for each branch even in first year for computer science students there is no physics and chemistry.

the btech fee structure for the batch 2024-2028 has some one time charges in the first semester such as registration, development, enrollment, alumni, MIS and also 10000 refundable caution money. The main tuition fee is 32500 in every semester, along with other regular charges like IT infrastructure, library, professional development, maintainence, resources, placement, and exam fees. some extra costs like workshops, internships and certificate fees are added in specific semestes. overall the total fees is about 163700 for first year, 125600 for second year, 124100 in third year and 126600 in final year making a total of 540000 for the four year program regardless of any category, also for the batch 2025-2029 has increased as all the regular charges went up overall the total fees is about 186200 for first year, 146100 for second year and third year and 147600 in final year making a total of 626000 for the four year program which is also regardless of any category, also scholarships like mptaas and mmvy are available. mptaas is based on caste system which gets you 154000 for sc/st, and 30000 for obc and none for general, but mmvy is based on score, the criteria is above 85% in 12th for cbse and above 75% for mpboard it does not have caste system but this is only given to those whose yearly income is less than 6 lakh for general and 8 lakh for sc/st it can give up to 150000 per year to every category regardless of any caste.

The total course fees for the 4years is approx 5.5 lakhs i.e the budget friendly for most of the students. 1st year total fees is 1 lakh 75 thousand and for next three years it will be approx 1 lakh 25 thousand
