Scholarship has been given by the ts government for fee reimbursement for the students as well as separate 5000 and nsp well given the 10k to merit students.
The faculty with good knowledge helps us to improve in our education
Placements are good in campus, well infrastructure and good modies nature in campus, and course are cse, ce, mech, eee, it, ds, aiml, etc

Dislikes

Dislike the faculty of core department.they fail to provide the more information about subject
We have no hostels around the college as we have to travel
The mobile signal is dead in the campus, which is quite frustrating

The college structure is unique and not as blocks
College is filled with greenary and all.
Overall Infrastructure is pretty unique snd good

Dislikes

The whole slope thinggg!!! And trust me..
Have to be really physicallly stroong to climb the mountain up to the college
The one thing i hate is I go by walk to the college amd the most difficult task is to climb the mountain to reach the block

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is not so good but but not so bad as you know all the cast system and all but from what ive seen they've taking evryone and increasing the number of people for evry year which i think is uneccesqry bu removing other courses

Aspects in the college I appreciated is not allowing to mobiles phones in the side college premises it nice and good to students so they can concentrate on studies well
Campus life is very good and social means interaction with senior felt me good
Good faculity and good teaching ,faculty are well experienced they how to teach to student so they cam understand

Dislikes

The things i disliked in my college is the security guards.Also the security torture.
In our college there is no playing area and small seminar halls.
Mid exams are per day two exams and we are unable to good marks in our mid examinations and sem examinations

Course Curriculum Overview:

Data science very trendy now a days good jobs opportunity are provided to data analysts thus a i have joined data science . The data analyts are also used in sports like cricket so i am intrested to take this course and enjoy the course this is my own decision on my career. The course is presently theory explanation so furtherly it should be change into practical explanation.

The aspects of the college that I appreciate is faculty . The quality of social interactions is very good in our college. The mentorship quality is so good.
The effectiveness of the placement services and support provided for career advancement is so good.
The quality of the infrastructure is so good. Our college is nearly about 20 acres land placed in nizampet.

Dislikes

The things should improve in our college was the security persons who themselves feel like hod and other persons.
The disadvantage of our college is placed far away from the hyderabad city. It is difficult to come from far places.
The college is the place to enjoy but some events are cancelled due to syllabus not completed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The specific aspects of the curriculum that I influenced my decision to choose this course is to develop the society. I was choosen aiml course which studies robotics help in ai. The course helps to study the robotics . It automatically do works for the people. The teaching should improve by changing theory to practical one.

My College Review

Likes

As per my opinion, I liked my college. After joining I felt happy for joining. College has very good ambience . The ratio of boys is more than girls.
Coming to studies, Studies are very good. As per academics the college is so good , faculty is also so cooperative , they help us to learn new things.
The placements are also good. They provide placement training will be provided at end of 2nd year. for every 2 years the academic regulation changes.

Dislikes

the things , I disliked in college is about some security . There are more rules in the college. But some rules are fine . Rules are like we cannot use mobiles in college premises.
Events are less conducted in the college.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good in the college. They mostly provide 100% placements in the campus placements. So many companies visit the college during placements, like TCS, Accenture,Capgemini, Amazon AWS, etc. Highest package is 55 lacs and lowest is 3 lacs. The college will assure you that they will provide placements . I don't have plans to study more. But I have get a good job of highest package.

Good training and placement cell by collaboration with smart interviews, from 2nd year onwards daily we have one class , whole day . Mostly they train us in data structures and algorithms. Good for getting jobs by easily clearing the all interview ro
Good clubs for doing projects . Maximum technical events
Non technical events are very low , only 2-3 in a year

Dislikes

Only 5% of faculty is good at teaching .
Sometimes classroom are insufficient at the luch time
Faculty stick to semister syllabus, they won't teach beyond that

Placement Experience:

Placement are quite good based on our performance in the training and placement cell, which is offered by the college. Highest package 50 lakhs, average 4 lakhs . After my btech I want to do job , I need job in campus placements

Good and short review for our college

college location it so peaceful and isolated
college infrastructure which also good ..
college rules and regulations which are okay

Dislikes

security guards at the gate they are not
Sometimes it is so boring to be in college
sometimes classes won't start on time...

Placement Experience:

college placements are good compared to other college but final result depends on how well a student can grab his oppuornties so college provides good oppourtunities .out campus are difficult but not impossible

Likes

College ground is very good and big also very spacious
Our college is big and also good maintainenece
There are good art clubs and sports clubs

Dislikes

The things I disliked is security guards
There are some dress codes I do not like them
Also the exam invigilation is very bad that I do not like

About My College

Likes

Helps in participating at different platforms
By providing the information related to the course that has higher demand in the society
Providing the placement training in parllel to the academic schedule

Dislikes

There was no hostel provided for the boys
Sometimes the schedule for the academic and other activities would collapse which feels a difficulty in managing both

Placement Experience:

The internship that are provided by the college is about to start from the third year second semester and also the placements. The campus provides two years more that is after the completion of fourth year for the opportunities in the campus placements.

Perfect College for the innovators

Likes

I like the college Infrastructure and Good and Hygienic Labs are present
The faculties are experienced and convey the concepts in a easy way
Placements are much and there is a Training and Placement program held in the college

Dislikes

The college is not located to the main road but it is far from the main road
The college dont has hostel facility so I stay far from the college in another private hostel
Some faculties are not well enough to deliver the lectures

Placement Experience:

Placements at the college is at peek and more than 200 companies do visit the college for placements and there will be bulk hiring of students at the time of placement.. Many student after completion get reffered to other countries to complete their higher studies

GRIET Hyderabad has been ranked 172 in the Engineering category in NIRF by MHRD. College regularly organises FDP for the students of different departments to provide them with better knowledge. GRIET also provides consultancy to the Government and industries through R & D centres. The faculties are highly educated with good academic backgrounds.

Courses:

GRIET offers B.Tech in degree Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE), Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE), Civil Engineering (CE), Information Technology (IT), Mechanical Engineering (ME), computer science & Business system and CSE.
M.Tech degree is offered in design for manufacturing, power electronics, VLSI, Computer science & engineering, structural engineering and data science.

Admissions:

70% of the seats in B.Tech are allotted on merit basis while remaining seats are allotted to the management/NRI candidates.
Admission is given to any Engineering college in Andhra Pradesh through a common entrance test (EAMCET). Tuition fees for 1 year of B.Tech programme are 1.22 lakhs.
For admission in M.Tech programmes, candidates must have a B.E. or B.Tech degree with minimum 55% aggregate and a valid score of GATE or PGECET.
Total tuition fees for the M.Tech programme is 1.14 lakh.

Infrastructure:

GRIET campus comprises a huge library, laboratories, water plant, solar water plant, canteen, classrooms and sports area. Computer labs are equipped with highly advanced software.

Placements:

The previous year, a total of 834 students from all the departments got placement from the college.
More than 100 students were placed with CTC above 6 lakh.
Famous companies which recruited the students of GRIET were Microsoft, Amazon, TCS, Infosys, Capgemini, CISCO, Byju’s and many more. Highest salary package received by the students of GRIET was 41.6 lakh.

Many events are organised at the college like Spirals, Spices, X-Kernel, Quizzicals, Rhythms, Pragnya, PULSE, etc. GRIET has organised Hackathon Competition in association with Technology & innovation cell to inculcate the values of innovations and to promote technological advances. There are also various clubs that students can take part in like Gaming Club, and Robotic club.
