Mostly the faculties are Ph.D. holders and all have good teaching methods. On monthly basis, exams are conducted and the difficulty level is moderate.

Students get placements starting from the end of the sixth semester and placement rates at our institute are pretty good. many companies visit our campus every year for almost every branch. more than 95 percent of students get placed with more than one placement offer.

From the end of third year, students get eligible for placements, Paloalto, AutoDesk, experience, Intuit, juspay , zoom etc are some product-based companies that visited the campus, highest package offered is 58LPA on campus, and more than 90 per cent students gets placed, my plan is to grab a good job after getting a degree and then plan my master's abroad

Placement of students is good or satisfactory we can say at GL Bajaj( in comparison to other AKTU colleges). You are given separate technical training classes from the second year however real preparation starts from the third year and only then do students become able to be eligible for placement and internship offers. Companies that visit are TCS, Wipro, Capgemini, and sometimes Adobe. A large no of small to medium companies also visit but they hire less no of students also. This year Palo Alto networks visited the campus and made an offer of the highest 58 lakhs. One student got placed and it was on on-campus placement. The average package is around 6-8 lakhs with the median being 10 ( what I have seen from my seniors) The college tries that almost 95% of students should get placed and almost 90% of students get placed. I am also planning to get a placement after my degree.

As this college has the best rating in UP and no.1 in the UP. It is the no.1 private college in the UP and provide the best placement to all the student, for this case i choose this college. The ratio is about 30:1. All the faculties are Ph.D. holders and have at least 4 years of experience. The exam is taken every month and it is easy to pass.
