GL Bajaj Institute of Management and Research Greater Noida: Admission 2026, Fees, Courses, Cutoff, Ranking, Placement

A few of my friends graduated from Sharda University and G. L. Bajaj. Here is some information about these universities that might help you know about them a bit better. Both the colleges are good but there are some pros and cons.

• If you are looking for a life similar to school-life where you have to wear uniforms and attend classes till 5 'O'clock then you can choose G.L Bajaj.
• The curriculum is strict at GL Bajaj whereas, in Sharda University, the lifestyle is more lenient. 
• At Sharda more opportunities are provided to those who have the potential or interest. A number of events and extracurricular activities are organized. The best faculties from IIT’s and other fields. 

It is suggested that you go for Sharda University as it is much better than G. L. Bajaj. However, ultimately it is your decision. .

It is important to think before applying to institutes like these as it has been evident by many students like colleges such as GL Bajaj in Greater Noida promises about various facilities, infrastructure and placements which they ultimately fail to provide. It has also been seen that Tier1 colleges fail to get all of their students placed in campus placement drives.

You can take another year for the preparation if they wish in order to get better colleges. and give another trial at CAT.

On the other hand, if you still want to choose between the two and do not want to prepare for another year, then you can go for IBMR in Gurgaon due to the following reasons:

• The institute has a tie up with various Institutes to provide excellent education to the students of IBMR.
• The fee structure is also reasonable in comparison with other institutions.
• The Placement records are also good in IBMR.

In a city like Gurgaon, you will be able to find off campus placement if you don’t like or don’t receive the on campus placements; there are other scopes too.

G.I Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management, Greater Noida is ranked 57 for BTech by India Today 2020. It is affiliated to Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University and has been approved by AICTE.

ABES Engineering College, Ghaziabad is affiliated to AKTU Lucknow and approved by AICTE, UGC and NAAC. They have a student strength of over 5000 students. It has a 20 years legacy in educational excellence.

AKGEC Ghaziabad is ranked 251 for BTech by NIRF 2020. It is affiliated to Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University and approved by AICTE.

NIET Noida is ranked 129 for BTech by The Week 2020. It is affiliated to AKTU and recognized by AICTE. It has been accredited Grade A by NAAC. They have over 3750 seats.

PSIT Kanpur is ranked 37 for BTech by TOI 2020. It is affiliated to AKTU and CSJM University, Kanpur. It is approved by AICTE, BCI, PCI and UGC.

Admission Details 

• Students should have 60% in their 10+2 (PCM) exam.
• JEE Main rank is compulsory for BTech admissions.
• GATE is required for admission in MTech courses.
• Students can also provide UPSEE rank for BTech and MTech admissions.
• Students should have a graduation degree in the science stream from a relevant university.

AKGEC Ghaziabad

NIET Noida

PSIT Kanpur

• 205 companies participated and a total of 1480 offers were made.

Among all the colleges PSIT Kanpur has the best placement record. If location is not your biggest concern then you can also opt for G.L. Bajaj. CSE is the most sorted out engineering course. They have a great demand in the corporate world and also in the IT sectors. CSE deals with computer programming and networking, circuit designing and writing software that powers them, program design and programming languages. The BTech and MTech courses are of 4 years and 2 years respectively.

XLRI offers a 15 month, full-time residential program. It is one of XLRI'S flagship programs accredited by the AMBA. It includes a 3 months field training as well. Each batch has only 101 students selected on merit.

SP Jain's PGDM program is a 2-year program accredited by AMBA and NBA as well. This program allows flexibility in changing the major as well.

SP Jain 

• PGDM program has access to international visiting faculty members and students from Dauphine University (France), NUS (Singapore), Ledge Business School France, amongst others. Michigan State University and Cornell University are its B-School partners.

GL Bajaj

• Students were recruited for the roles of Associate Vice President, Product Manager, etc, by Cognizant, Axis Bank, Genpact, etc.

GL PGPM

• Candidates were offered 13.6 LPA as the average pay and 28.6 LPA as the highest domestic pay. 
• This year saw 15 new recruiters including ADP, Dell, Magic Bricks, and Zee Entertainment.

SP Jain

• The institute's number of pre-placement offers (PPOs) and pre-placement interviews (PPIs) has been more than 40% over the years because of its Autumn internships. 
• A rise of 15% in average CTC was also witnessed. 
• A total of 80% of its batch received offers over 20 LPA.

Admissions require students to have 45% and 60% marks in 10+2 and graduation respectively with UPSEE, CAT, or GATE scores.

Infrastructure
