- Infrastructure & Facilities - The college offers good infrastructure , including well equipped labs , a central library and indoor/outdoor sports facilities.
- Faculty& Academics - The teaching staff is well regarded for their expertise and supportive nature.
- Placements- GLBITM has a strong placement cell. Students have secured offers from reputed companies like Accenture , Cognizant, Wipro, Amazon, Adani . The average package ranges between 4lpa-4.5lpa with the highest package reaching upto 12lpa .
Dislikes
- Student- Teacher Ratio- Some students feels there are too many students enroll in certain branches,which might affect personalized attention from the teachers.
- Crowded Placements - While placement rates are good , some students report that the competition for the best placement is intense due to large no. of students.
- Cost of Education - for the student who belongs to middle class for them the cost is quiet high to aafford.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculam is designed with an eye on current industry trends. The MBACurriculam covers a broad spectrum of business topics including marketing, HR, Finance, Operations, IT, IB Program Emphasizes practical exposure through case studies , live projects etc. MBA program follows semester based system . There is Internal and External exams.
Internships Opportunities
College also provides Summer Internship Program to the second semester students with duration of 45 to 60 days. During my MBA I have done my summer internship in Webdesys Techno Consultant pvt ltd My Designation - Business Development Associate Duration - 45 days Roles & Resposibilities - Connecting with clients and converting the leads Understanding the needs and requirements of the clients
Placement Experience
From third semester students become eligible for campus placement I visited 4-5 companies like pepsico , franchise india , adani group , and i got placed in franchise india as a client engagement officer. Average package is -4-4.5 lpa & Highest - 7-8 lpa 85% students got placements from college After getting degree my plans is to get enroll myself in phd.

Year wise fee structure for Mba- 146000 First year fee was - 146000 + examination fee - 8000 Second year fee - 140500 + examination fee- 7135 The above mentioned fee structure is for General Category Student
Campus Life
Annual cultural festival G-Quasar typicall held in the months of february and march. And technical festival is Technozion generally organized in month of october and november. The central Library of GLBITM is well stocked with 50,000 books Covering various academic subjects like Management, engineering , and Technology. Sports- GLBITM has a facilities for both indoor and outdoor sports. Students can participate in cricket, football, volleyball, badminton. Extracurricular- The college encourages participation in a range of extracurricular activities like drama, dance, singing etc.
Hostel Facilities
I Have opted for off campus hostel Facilities- The hostel offers well furnished rooms that can accommodate 2 to 3 students per room , with options for both AC and non-AC rooms. Each rooms is equipped with beds, study tables, chairs, and wardrobes , Rooms also have wifi connectivity and access to 24/7 power backup Housekeeping services are provided regularly Quality of meals were Average in terms of taste One year fee of the hostel was - 110000 and at the time of registration I paid 10000 and rest amount when i shifted in that hostel. And my Hostel was in Greater Noida
Admission
Colleges Applied for - GL Bajaj Institute of technology and management , LLYOD Business School , GNIOT , Jaipuria Institute of management , noida Colleges where i got confirmed Admission form - GL Bajaj , LLYOD Business school I have chosen gl bajaj to pursue mba because of it reputation and good placement records for mba students. I have taken direct admission there on the basis of my academics marks.
Faculty
1. Faculty to Student Ratio : one of the challenges students face is high student to faculty ratio , particularly in popular courses like MBA & Btech.This can result in less personalized attention due to large no. of students in the classrooms. 2. Avantika Trigunait , Satyendra sir , Manuha Nagpal (All the faculties were very supportive throughout my Mba) 3. All the faculties were good in terms of support and expertise in their relevant fields. 4. We have semester wise exams in mba so total 4 exams were there in two years programme. And the exams was moderate level.
