My Experience at Asian Business School.

So the course is pretty relevent as the college is committed to provide the management knowledge and skills relevant for developing competent professionals. So we can apply knowledge of management theories and practices to solve business problems.

I have done internship at Havells India Limited, it is a very prestigious oppertunity for me as I learnt alot within this internship. I immersed myself in the field of general trade sales and learned from industry mentors.

So basically in semester 2nd we were prepared for our summer internship and in the month of april and may there were interviews for internships. In June and July we were on our summer internship programs imn oiur respective organization. After 2 months, we came back and within the start of 3rd semester the placements were started. Most of the companies are for marketing domain and finance domain.

The total fee for this PGDM course is divided into 4 installments. First they charge the basic prospectus fee as Rs. 1000 and then the registration fees Rs. 45000 prior to admission. Then the college scheduled PI session for admisson, after clearing that I got to know about the course fee. Course fee in first Installment is Rs. 1,85,000, for second installment it is Rs. 185000, for third installment it is Rs. 1,90,000 and for fourth installment it is Rs. 1,90,000. Aditionally, they also charge Alumni association fees of Rs. 1000. So it makes the total expanse as Rs. 7,97,000.

I am pretty satisfied with the events and activities. It organises not only grand events such as freshers , Keshhets, Athleema etc but also small events such as club activities such as Scavengers hunt, Technobrats, tree plantation drive, allumni meet, indipendence day celebrations etc.

It is okayish. At early stages food quality is very good but with time the hostel staff had degraded the food quality and hence I left the hostel after an year and now I used to stay in PG. The PG is located in sector 126, Raipur. Our college is in 125 sector, so it's nearby and walking distance to the college.

I was confused between 2 colleges : Jaipuria and ABS. As the fee stucture is almost same but in ABS they are providing the Oxford London business trip, which excites me the most because I want to get the international exposure. Not only this , after the PI session one or two day later the same panel gave me the entire feedback of my interview, so that I can work upon my grey areas. I was very impressed by this approach.

Faculty members are industry trained. They are very supportive and helpful. Some of the faculties are very intellectual and empathetic. Some of them are really very knowledgable and experienced. We have 2 exams within a semester. Let's say I am in 1st semester, we have mid term and end term examination and same for rest 3 semesters.

Yes, there were 2 interviews. First one is panel round in which they checked my technical knowledge and communication skills. Second round was the oxford round and it also went well. Furthermore, they also give me the entire feedback of the process.

Best hangout spot of our campus is the cafeteria, so basically there are 2 buildings in our campus. Law building and management block they both have the respective cafeteria and they are attached. Library is also well built. Our college timings are 9.10 to 4.10.
