Best college in this fee structure for MBA

I was looking to take admission in Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapeeth through UPSEE counseling. I got awesome marks and was likely to get admission to this college. But when the counseling round started online I was not able to find the name of this college on the list. So I opted for the Rajarshi School of Management and Technology. And I got that college. But I was asked to provide 20000 of fees to get the seat fixed in that college. And I was not able to pay that much fee at that time and that too in online mode. So I talked to college heads and they agreed to take admission DIRECTLY with payment of only 10000 as admission fee. So the admission process is simple in this college. You just need to go there with some amount of money and get admission directly.

I wanted to go for MBA and this college is mostly famous for tha BBA and MBA courses offered by them. So I went for MBA in HR and Marketing. These 2 are the specialization in which this college provides maximum placement. The faculty members are overall good here. There are some good professors and some poor ones too. But they are dedicated to teaching us sincerely. There are around 10 to 12 teachers for BBA and MBA students. The ratio of faculty to the student is 1:7 here. Every teacher is well qualified but it depends on their teaching techniques and some teachers are really good at teaching. There are semester exams happening here and each semester also includes internal exams too. Passing these exams are not too difficult. Among a batch of 80, almost 5 to 8 students get backlog in each semester..and these are the students who are very weak in studies. So passing exams are not an issue here.

The internship opportunities provided here are a lot more than placements. You can do multiple internships in different fields. I did my HR internship in a Varanasi located company and also did a sales internship in Decathlon, a well-known company. A lot of well-known companies' internships are provided here with PPO and stipends.

As soon as you enter the 3rd semester you become eligible to seat in placements. The placement is really good here at this fee. Lots of small companies come here and some of the well-known companies also come like airtel, phone pay, axis bank, utkarsh bank, HCl, tcs, and others. The package most of the companies provide here is between 4 to 6 lakhs. But almost every student are placed here in my senior batch almost 90% of students have been placed till now.

The fee structure is like you have to pay a total of 132000 in 2 years. For 1st year it is 60000 approx and same for 2nd year. No other fees are taken here except this. You can also take scholarships provided by the UP government. The placement is really good at this fee structure. Almost 90% of students of my senior batch got placed. Right now I am in 3rd sem and there are companies like HCL, Airtel, utkarsh bank, axis bank, phone pay like a company which has come. These are some big names which come here except this lot of small and medium cap companies also comes for recruitment. The package they provide is between 4 to 6 lakhs. Some of them offer a higher package like 8 lakh also. But maximum companies offer packages between 4 to 6 lakhs.

The infrastructure is decent. But every facility is provided here. There are smart classrooms. The library is there from where you can get books of each semester in a bundle. There are a playground and lots of sports activities are also provided here. Cultural programs, farewell and freshers party all are celebrated here.
