- As i already tell you about the college placement services there s a great opportunity for you to place in high school as a elementary teacher m the salary package is so good and depends on the schools .
- There are scholarships which are provided to students when their marks are appropriate and things like that.
- I love the infrastructure. it is made of beautiful red bricks, bringing with it the typical du vibe. also has a beautiful field, which is the students' favourite in cold winter months.
Dislikes
- My classmates were bitchy as hell. Very jealous and very fake.
- The infrastructure is not very great rather it's on the negative side
- The infrastructure is very bad, the washrooms especially are not clean. There is very less space, students often don?? get rooms. The campus is really small, however, a new building is under construction and may be functioning by next year.

- Gargi College is a women's college, that provides a safe and holistic environment for growth and development. One feels empowered to be around women and experience and learn while cooperating with each other.
- The faculty for commerce department is top notch. Teachers are skilled and proficient in their field. They provide all sorts of learning whether its practically or theoretical.
- Gargi College has a very active placement cell, which consists of both teacher and student body that provides internships and recruitment opportunity regularly to the students.
Dislikes
- The administration tend to be a little late in getting approvals and not very cooperative.
Placement Experience:
One becomes eligible to sit for placements from the 5th semester of their course. The highest package provided by the college is 23.05 LPA and the average package is 5.25 LPA which is a good number for the fresher. I plan on sitting for placements after my college to gain work experience before applying for further studies.

- The faculty the faculty was great. They are always there to guide you. Teach you.
- societies are very active. They are organising different events, Competitions
- Hygiene, always clean, their corridor, washrooms. Everything was very clean and hygienic.
Dislikes
- Canteen, the canteen was not that much good or up to the mark
- The campus size was really small, according to the number of students
- First and events are not really up to the mark or like other colleges

Placement Experience:
Shun (gargi) has one of the best placements. The average placement is of 5.2 5LPA and the median is 4.25 LPA and the highest ghost up to the 23 LPA. It's all depends even on the basis of your skills . they even do provide internships for all the year

- The best thing about Gargi is that it is amazingly active in conducting fests, national conferences, quizzes, society events which includes music, dance, poetry/ story writing, fun bollywood games, case studies competitions.
- The college is wonderful at both academic and ECA categories. There are sports opportunities for girls as well. If you have been a shy kid in school, I think Gargi will make you the exact opposite. You feel confident and get inspired by other girls.
- Gargi college has been honoured with Star College Status by Department of Biotechnology, Government of India along with a NAAC grade of A+. It's flourishing rapidly through it's investment in infrastructure and collaboration with Google.
Dislikes
- Gargi's campus location isn't the best. The campus could've been better, i.e bigger in size.
Course Curriculum Overview:
I think Gargi, coming under Delhi University, offers the same curriculum as in any other DU college. The teaching methods are great theoretically, and we are also moving forward towards practicality. But there is still a long way to go since we are only taught things through books when the reality of work is quite the opposite.

- UG and PG courses both are offered by our college and college is best known for its academic excellence.
- All the national surveys have ranked our college as one of the best women's college in the country.
- Our events like Rendezvous and Zistatva which is Diwali Mela are among the most attended fests among South Campus colleges.
Dislikes
- Distance from Green Park Metro station is little too much and therefore it is not possible to walk and come to the college.

From Boston Consulting Group to Bain & Company many MNCs have started coming to our college. The newage Indian startups like Zomato and Flipkart are also coming for placements here and placements worth 7 lakhs on and average is what B.Com students get.

- Gargi one of the oldest college of the Delhi University stil has those 3 blocks which were operational since it's inception are so heart warming to see.
- Most DU colleges aren't clean but ours is arguably the cleanest of them all.
- Our course may sound basic but professionalism has been infused in our course and that is why placements for B.Com which is otherwise slim to none in other colleges but at Gargi it's close to 50%.
Dislikes
- There's favouritism in many of the societies and therefore it becomes difficult to find a place in societies of our choices.
Placement Experience:
Since our professors are of banking backgrounds they have managed to bring in a lot of companies from the same sector. From domestic banks like the Indusind Bank and the Federal Bank, American Express too have made way to our college and B.Com studnets are their first choice. The placements percentage collectively of last three years stande at 40-50%.

- It has a lot of societies which can help you make connections all around the university.
- It has amazing faculty who are highly qualified and really connecting.
- It has a beautiful infrastructure which has all the basic facilities required by the students.

- Sometimes the washrooms are not that clean
Placement Experience:
Our college has good placements. Various students are placed in highly reputed companies each year. There is a separate placement cell in the college , in which there are students as well as the teachers. Although, at the end it depends on the hardwork of the students but our college gives enough opportunity.

- The vibe of college is so positive. You will really enjoy here. Being a girls college the campus is really safe and makes you feel homely. Campus area have a cafe that will be your pass time place.
- Faculty members are really interactive and they will help you in every field apart from academics.
- Internship opportunities are provided in respective groups. You just have to grab them and excel.
Dislikes
- Campus is a bit small compare to the seats they have.
Course Curriculum Overview:
University curriculum is really good. But the additional subjects such as SEC and VAC would have been good. If we would have been given more practical insights and not only theory thing. Rest I think the paper Pattern is not that tough for the semester annual exam.

- Library facility is also super nice. Students can comfortabily study
- Placement cell work is also good. Give opportunity of internship and other competitive rewards

- Canteen food is not good . Oily, tasteless and low quality products are used
- Water taste is bad. It is needed to be improved
- Jammers are there in college.so we have to face network issue everytime
Placement Experience:
Student become eligile for placement from 3rd year that is 5th semster. Top companies that have visited for placement includes deloitte, EY, accenture, Mckinsey, Zomato, Urban and tata power. The college also hold annual internship fair where student got internships. In 2023 ,companies made an offer of total 295 students to be placed. Highest package offered is 20lakhs Per annum. And average pakage is 4 lakh per annum. The roles included the position such as HR, Data analyst, researcher, sales, marketing and consulting

- The faculty is good for commerce, i have opted for bcom program and teachers were really supportive .
- The extra curricular facility is awsome.. There are many options to be buzy with..
- It has huge ground for sports lover.. Various society's and numerous competition takes place on daily basis
Dislikes
- The canteen is not so great as its overhyped
- Some classrooms are really small which becomes suffocateded
Course Curriculum Overview:
This course is basically very beneficial for me because i have opted for CA and the studies are quite relatable
The course is very similar
The curriculum is well prepared with amendments and also it will be beneficial for every masters of pg student in future.
The exams timing is 3 hrs which is more than enough for a student who studied well for exams

- One of the things I liked about Gargi College was its campus. It is pretty decent campus to have fun in.
- The second thing I like about Gargi College is its Nescafe. It has good options for people who don’t like canteen food.
- The third thing I like about Gargi College is how fearless the girls are in it.

- One of the things I disliked most about Gargi College is bullying. Some girls are very mean.
- Another thing I don’t like about Gargi College is its drinking water system.
- Another thing I don’t like about Gargi College is its infrastructure. It is quite old and not spacious enough.

I would rate the curriculum as 6. The teaching methods are though a little boring but that can be changed. The frequency of exams is perfect. The viva and class assessments also are opportunity for students to score well overall.

It is one of the best colleges under DU. Here is some information regarding Gargi College.
- In 2021, it was ranked 9th for arts by Indiatoday 2021.
- The college infrastructure is quite good.
- The student crowd is decent. You will get to meet all kinds of people on campus.
- Quite often, the cultural societies of the college put up great shows be it dance, street play, or music.
- According to the recent placement highlights, the highest CTC offered to the students is around 12 LPA.
- Some of the major companies that visit the campus placements are Deloitte, KPMG, PWC, etc.
