BIT Sindri M.Tech Control System: Fees 2025, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

Admission to the college is based on the GATE exam followed by counseling. Candidates fill out a form for BIT Sindri after passing the GATE exam. Selection is based on GATE scores and a merit list, with separate lists for state domicile students. The faculty are highly regarded for their experience and effective teaching. As a state government institution, the college offers affordable fees. The annual course fee is around Rs.

18,000, with examination fees of about Rs. 2,000 per semester. Hostel residents pay Rs. 5,000 annually, plus Rs. 3,000 for electricity, and mess charges are approximately Rs. 3,000 monthly. Despite limited placement opportunities for M.Tech students, the placement department, led by Prof. Ghansayam, promotes internships and liaises with companies and alumni.
