Every there will be a pongal fest which will be celebrated in a grand manner and college looks like a small village with lots of games,fashions,food stalls,culturals etc.
Yes, our faculty members are really good, and they support us in our exams, and the learning experience is not bad, because we have academic flexibility, so classes are not compulsory, but their teaching and mentorship was good.
The placement opportunities is excellent since they bring more number of companies and thats really great

Dislikes

High workload and stress for students making it difficult
The food in the mess is not that good and its vegetarian only.
I really don't like some rules which would make ourselves behave like anything

Yes, My college offers good placement, and they also train with external vendors, From 4th Semester, students become eligible for campus placements Juspay, Mr Cooper, Zoho, Presidio and a few more companies, around 100 offers, 21LPA from Juspay. 90% of students will be placed. I have to work as a software engineering.

Our college has one of the best placement records. Everyone who is interested in attendeding placements can attend the campus drives form their 6th semester itself. Student not interested in placement can opt for higher studies, start-up innovation, government exams preparation and etc. There is lot and lots of companies coming to bannari amman even during the difficult times in IT sector. Therefore the placement is actually very good here

The college offers diverse opportunities to explore your skills and develop them eventually. Skill focused learning in enforced with hands on experience.
Collaboration with inter departments students are welcomed getting to know the diverse perspectives on problems, expanding your knowledge.
The food provided is of good quality with only vegetarian items. Egg is an exception. Vegetarians are gifted to study here as no issues occur on this part.

Dislikes

No Industrial Visits. It is a once in a lifetime thing happening in this college.
The college enforced strict rules and regulations with lots of restrictions even with one's grooming style.
No big parties or cultural events are conducted though some events within college premises performed by college students happen occasionally

Course Curriculum Overview:

My course isore or less similar to Computer Science and Enginnering and Information Technology. Hence the curriculum is similar to these courses. Various core concepts as well as technical concepts are covered offering knowledge in almost all the fields. It will make your foundation strong getting you ready for placement purposes.

The faculty at BIT id generally well qualifies, with manu professors holding degees and having significant industry or research experience
BIT provides the opportunity to develop the skills of students technically(IT and Non-IT);

The campus rules and regulations were sometimes overly restrictive,limiting students freedom and ability to engage in spontaneous activities

Life at BIT

Likes

The college is keen in training in latest technologies rather than the academics. They are more of a handson approach than a teacher board model.
The facilities lile wifi , library amd basic infrastructure is excellent.
The placement training would be excellent.

Dislikes

There are plenty of rules to be followed and its like a mini school rather than a college environment.
The food in the mess is not that good and its vegetarian only.
The placement is limited to 10 lpa and above that is like once in a blue moon but the training for this placement would be extraordinary.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum coverage is like a bit of our own interest as attending the academic classes are not mandatory and students can concentrate on the projects and other skills for their enhancement. Also that would be a bit of a drawback as academic is also an important sector to be concentrated.

Likes

The college has wonderful infrastructure when compared to other colleges in tamilnadu
Giving good placements to all IT related departments
Make students to involve more in practical work than theoritcally. Academics is not mandatory.

Dislikes

Strict rules. Even boys and girls can't study,work together anywhere even in library.
Very complicated process for all process like getting a leave, OD,etc.,
Make students to do some unnecessary things sometimes

Placement Experience:

The placements is very good in this college. Even in recession, they made more than 1200+ offers.They are well connected with may companies like Zoho, Mr.cooper, Solition, juspay, Multicoreware, IDP, TCS, Wipro, Accenture , CTSetc., For dept also they have decent placements with average salary package. 100% placements will be there. Even higher studies training also they will provide. But there will be some preliminary tests to attend some good companies, you have to pass them, it is easy.
