Curriculum is well designed in Bannari Amman institute of technology for each courses. They give one credit courses to skip electives. And also they provide honours/minors. The curriculum is well prepared you for eeal-world applications.

Many companies provide internships like zoho etc., They provide average stipend of 15K for the internship. Once you got full time offer, you will get 5.6L-8.4L salary. Depends on special you may get intenships in second year itself. Use opportunity of contests to get more internships.

The placements is very good in this college. Even in recession, they made more than 1200+ offers.They are well connected with may companies like Zoho, Mr.cooper, Solition, juspay, Multicoreware, IDP, TCS, Wipro, Accenture , CTSetc., For dept also they have decent placements with average salary package. 100% placements will be there. Even higher studies training also they will provide. But there will be some preliminary tests to attend some good companies, you have to pass them, it is easy.

Fees for this college is bit high when compared to other colleges. Tution fees is good but hostel fees is very high. If you are day scholar you may need under 1.3L(Tution fee+afternoon mess fee), if you are hosteller you may need 2L(Tution fee+Hostel fee). If you are management seat, you have to pay more. Add 70000 in these fee for each year and donation nearly 7L.

There will be many clubs in this college like photohub, geoclub etc., The infrastructure is the best thing in this college. It has Asia's second largest library. THere are many books available. Computer labs are really good in some IT related depts. Sports, extracurricular activitues also supported here. They have projector for projectors in each classrooms. They organise many technical events within the college.

Hostel has four cot, double cot, single cot types. NRI AC hostel also available. Gym facilities, outdoor gym facilities, mini cafeteria inside hostel, vending machine are available. Hostel food is too average. Plates, glassses are provided in the mess itself. Restroom is maintained often.

You can enter this college via TNEA or management. You have to pay entire fee in admission process. The admission process is smooth here, the staffs will handle everything fine. You may need TNEA rank of under 17000 to get good depts in this college.

BIT has both knowledged and some average faculties in terms of knowledge. But, if you join in special lab under good faculty, it will be useful for your college career. Good experienced faculties are there in our college in most cases.
