Placement opportunities: akgec provided excellent placement opportunities, with reputed companies visiting the campus for recruitment drives.
Campus life is good faculty is also good and have lots of degree in hands with knowledge and placement is good with 99% students being placed infrastructure is awesome and course s are also good
These scholarships may be merit-based, need-based, or awarded for specific achievements or talents.

Dislikes

Process very worst they can't support they can start aur new rule 12th percentage criteria for scholarship is 60 percentage
Placement process was very poor. very few technical companies came to college
During the time of physical reporting my experience is quite very bad their arrangements are not good and their server reach is too low, so i am not satisfied with their admission process

Likes

Enviroment - Has moderate enviroment in terms of academic and studies.
Opportunities - Provides decent opportunities to students to showcase skills.
Campus culture - Students are good and highly active in participation in events and activities.

Dislikes

Infexible curriculum - Curriculum is not update
Lack of support - Sometime tack of support
Limited opportunities - Have moderate opportunities.

Placement Experience:

The placement is okay. Students become eligible from the 7th semester. I plan to go after my graduation. Companies starts coming from the start of 7th semester and goes on till end of 7th semester mostly.

Likes

Enivronment inside the college is good..
I like the canteen food and its a place where we chill the most.
Some teachers are very knowledgable and experienced.They give good advices.

Dislikes

Minimum 75% attendance is required. So students are forced to take classes.
They have very strict timings rules and even they have a punctuality drive in which late comers have to pay penalty.
Management is not good and lack understanding between students and management.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in 7th semester.The average package is around 4-5 lakhs and this year very less number of students are placed till now. 1 students can have only 1 offer from the college.I will try offcampus opportunties and may seek higher eductaion.

There is Sports Culture, I was involved in sports quite a lot.
Hostel are not that bad, and provide facilities quite consistently
The campus is quite big, and there is quite enough spaces in classes, with proper ventilation.

Dislikes

The college is quite expensive, in terms of fee structure and hostel fee
The college, does not have any general fest like activities, that are normal in other colleges.
There are few teachers that are enough qualified to generate interests in students about the subject.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The college is pretty average, with average-level faculty members, junior students are quite interested in the curriculum and also the teachers are interested. But, as they grow senior interest goes quite low, then students focus is just coming to classes for attendance.

Review of Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College

Likes

Discipline is must here, Campus is surrounded by green environment
Festivals are celebrated with all the students in our college.
Many tech events are organised here. There is AKGEC skills foundation where you can learn many skills here.

Dislikes

Attendance is must here. You have to go to college in 4th year also.
Course curriculum is very old. It needs to be updated
College doesn't support you for anything.

Placement Experience:

Placements are not so good in my college this year but in the last year it was good. Many big companies like Amazon, Accenture, TCS, Infosys etc companies visit our college for campus placements every year. Accenture this year offered almost 120 offers to the students at 4.5LPA.

Playing football in first year with seniors
Participating in my college events throughout the year

Dislikes

Not giving NOC before final semester to the students
Attendence is given a vast importance in the college.
Some difficult subjects which should not be present in the syllabus

Placement Experience:

Placements of our College are great. Almost all of the college students are placed the placement rate is 100% . The students become eligible in the final year and the college policies are also great regarding the campus placement like only giving NOC in the final semester.

AKGEC - reality by experienced one ????

Likes

The campus is good as compared to other colleges
Teachers are understanding and cooperative
Teachers are very hardworking and they try to make us understand things

Dislikes

The timings you have to reach sharp 8 30
It feels like a school no event nothing at all
Exposure is not provided to the students as it should be done

Students of 7th semester are eligible for the placements This particular year for the batch 2020-2024 the placement has been very poor There were lots of sales companies but not the ones related to IT Only one mass recruiter came this year Accenture which hired approx 190 candidates which inturn increased placement percentage rest companies only hired 2 3 candidates Approx 30% students only got placed at an average of 3.5 package

Honest Review and Personal Experience of the College

Likes

Vibrant Campus Life: AKGEC offered a vibrant campus life
Dedicated Faculty : The faculty at AKGCE exhibited a high variety of faculty and are very skilled.

Dislikes

Communication Gap : There is a communication gap between the faculty and the students.
Infrastructure maintenance: While AKGEC have good amount of infrastructure but there are many times the students of the some branch are not provided proper accomodation and they are always to change the classroom of the students

Placement Experience:

AKGEC offers excellent campus placements, with studenst becoming eligible from the sixth semester onwards. Renowned companies comes to the campus of the college offering a wide range of job opportunities. The average package of the college is approxiamtely 2.5lpa and the highest package is 34lpa. The percentage of students securing placement is 40%. My plans after getting the degree is to find the offcampus placement and start my career journey.

AKGEC College review

Likes

I enjoyed this place's infrastructure; everything is neatly arranged and in ample supply.
At AKGEC, campus life is good.This place has a really great coding culture.
The professors have extensive training and expertise. All have PhD's from reputable universities.

Dislikes

College could have improved its AC budget a little bit.
The course should now be focused on new technologies, such as the way AI is taking over the world.
Placement and internship should be emphasized more in college.

Placement Experience:

The Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College was INR 34 lacs per year, while the average package is INR 4.25 lacs per year. About 35 students in all received packages valued at more than INR 10 LPA. Over students have been placed in reputable companies like Acccenture, Newgen, Commvault, etc during the current academic year.
