According to a list published by the Maharashtra State Medical Council, my state rank was 590. I belong to the general category, so my preference list was Mumbai College, Pune college, and then my home town, Kolhapur college. From Mumbai, I got this precious college. Rejection doesn't happen here. You have to fill out your preference list, and you will be selected by your criteria by the government, whose list will be published on the website.

Culture in GSMC and TNMC has been more of individualistic manner and it gets difficult to get along further Years of MBBS.

I chose this college over others because of its academics, infrastructure, patient inflow, etc. I didn't get rejection from other colleges and I not went there because I wanted this college. Cut off for my college is 670 marks for open category this year. NEET is to be given to get admission in my or any other medical college. My overall admission experience was good.

In 2019 you could easily get this college under state quota for 600 marks in neet ug and 660 for all India aspirants. This college was the first in my list of preferences under state quota because of relatively less peer pressure that allows you to enjoy your life with studies without affecting academic performance.the campus is big so you can have nice stroll visiting all the departments scattered all over.you need high marks in neet if to get this college.all India 6k rank is the bottom line to get here under state quota and up to 1k all India rank for all India quota aspirants.I had kem as an option too but I would recommend this because I never felt suffocated here
