Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

To be truthful I chose mbbs for my parents to be happy and honestly, I dont regret it a bit I was a bit scared at first about will I get proper tutoring or not or any proper guidance before admission but now it's pretty clear me that this college was a really great choice to be in terms of trained and experienced faculties each one of them is well qualified from well-renowned institutes. Our college is especially strict in terms of exams and dont tolerate anything in the study part

Internships Opportunities

4

We get to do internships in the college itself which can be a bit useful stipend is the same as any other college in Mumbai but being from GMC Mumbai has its own perks in society it represents itself as top in overall aspects of study and life experiences which can't be brought or thought someplace else

Fees and Financial Aid

For me being a SC reserved candidate fees is really less same for obc candidate and EWS candidates also have the benefits of lower fees study to fess ratio is really good as I get to learn a lot here there are numerous scholarships granted to students but can be bit problematic for students coming from all India quota

Campus Life

4.5

Libraries are well maintained and here at Grant we do not compromise on extracurricular activities along with studies it is well balanced as all things should be classrooms are well equipped with projectors cameras and etc many clubs and groups are present to support individuals' talents like a book club, singing club etc

Hostel Facilities

4

Hostels are really cheap and well worth it mostly doesn't make sense to me for living outside hostel in such costly area meals are as one should expect from hostel meal we do have gym, water, heater and washing machines available. Personally i would prefer hostel anyday rather than living outside campus

Admission

As all medical students have to appear for the national eligibility cum entrance test in order to get admission in mbbs course I too did give NEET and got 583 on my first attempt personally the academic section is a bit chaotic and can be improved in this college but everything else makes up for it once you get results you have to fill option form for colleges then you get allotted one according to your rank after that you are provided with a date of admission I got admitted with my reservation benefits with less fee and obviously fewer marks were required for me

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum is highly planned and very vast. Regular revision is necessary to caver all subjects. All subjects are taught with high practical basis hence ensuring exposure and preparing for real life exposure. Teaching could be more consise and logic based. Main exams are every 2 to 3 months with difficulty slightly higher in term 2 than term 1.
