JUT Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The placement of my college is improving day by day. Every year nearly 30-35% students have been placed.Many companies are visited such as Aditya Birla group, Tata Steel, Tcs Ninja,Tcs Digital, L&T, Tata Power, Transrail, Delotite, Byju, Vedanta,etc. Highest package is 11 lakhs and average package is nearly 6 lakhs.

Students start getting PPO offers from the 5th semester. Total companies visiting BIT Sindri are more than 50. Some of them are Hindustan Unilever, Infosys, TCS Ninja, Tata Steel, JSW Steel, TCS Digital, Tata Power, Jindal Steel , Accenture, FIITJEE , Byju's Learning, ACC Cement Reliance Digital, etc, Highest package offered is around 12LPA by Tata steel. The average package offered is around 6LPA. Every year around 350+ students get placed in big and small companies through campus placement. After getting a degree I will join some companies through college placement.

Many companies visit in our college for providing job opportunities which we call campus selection or placement. Companies that visit are Tata steel, Vedanta , Tata Power, Aditya Birla group, Byju's , vedantu, Jindal , camfil etc. If I got placed then it is good apart from this I am also preparing for competitive exams so I will try there too.

First of all, it's a government college with a very less fee ( about 14000 for boys and Rs 32 for girls for all category ) and secondly it's placement record is very good and the college has a very big alumni network as it's a very old college. Though the infra is not the best but many things are under construction.

From the 7th semester, students are eligible for campus placements. The best company came to our college last time was "Go Speedy Go" and given 35,000/- at startup of the highest package, that company selected 7 students from our college out of 25. Percentage of placement is not much i.e. less than 50%. Big companies do not prefer to come here, but many small companies took the students from here. My plan is to try for GATE exam first, from that I can achieve PSU level jobs.

Our college is best in the state coming just behind the NIT Jamshedpur. Moreover the best part of this college is its fee structure which is very less and any student can afford it but the bad part is that it doesn't have a placement statistics like any NIT or IIT. Admission in the UG course of BIT sindri is done by JCECEB which prepares a state merit list of the students from their JEE Main rank and then do a counselling based on the state merit list. Application for admission can be filled on JCECEB site by June or July of every year.

BIT SINDRI is one the premiere government college of jharkhand. It is well know for its alma matter which are currently serving at top position in various fields. Moreover BIT SINDRI is ranked as a top college for return on investments. Studying at BIT SINDRI is quite economical and they have highly qualified and skilled professors. BIT SINDRI is the only government college in Jharkhand which is certified by NBA, incuded in ATAL INNOVATION list and much more.

This college is one of the oldest and prestigious college in india. If you are from jharkhand and you don't able to make in iit dhanbad, nit jamshedpur, bit mesra though bit mesra is topmost private college if you have money I suggest go there without thinking too much but bit sindri is not bad to opt.

Probably you are getting great facility with a very less fee.

Overall my college is one of the best college in India and it provide a excellent environment for the development of students, so that they can excel in every part of their life. I hope my review was quite useful for the analysis.
