JUT Ranchi Placement 2026: Highest Package, Average Package, Top Recruiters

In 2020, 26 out of 60 students were placed, while in 2023, 900 placement offers were made. The college hosts companies such as Tata Steel, Vedanta, TCS, Wipro, and others for on-campus placements. The highest salary package ranges from 2.2 to 16.5 lakh per annum, with the average package being around 3 lakh per annum.

Students become eligible for placements from the 5th or 7th semester, depending on the program. Approximately 50% to 70% of students secure placements, with Jharkhand-based companies like HEL, Tata, and NALCO frequently visiting. The college also offers internships through platforms like Internshala and companies such as Tata Power and Eastern Loco Railway Shed.
