SJU Bangalore B.Sc Zoology: Fees 2025, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

The chemistry and zoology departments are highly regarded. The exam structure comprises a total of 100 marks, with 60 marks allocated to the written exam and 40 marks to internals, which include 20 marks each from mid-semester exams and assignments/class tests. All third-year undergraduate students can participate in campus placements, with about 50-60% securing jobs. Prominent recruiters include Wipro, Infosys, HSBC, and Tata Teleservices, among others. The highest placement package is 6 lakhs, and the average is around 3 lakhs.

Limited internships are available on campus, offering stipends between Rs 3000-5000. Students are advised to submit an experience letter, aiding their career development. Despite fewer internships, students gain valuable project experience. Initially, the semester fee was 65,000, with annual fees evolving from 32,000 in the first year to 50,000 and 54,000 in subsequent years. There are occasional additional costs for exams and extracurricular activities. Hostel residents receive scholarships of 8,000 in the first two years and 11,000 in the third year.
