Course Curriculum Overview
The college curriculum is designed in such a way that it helped me a lot improving my English and skills. This would help me more in my further carrier. I learnt many skills through the ignitors program whkch5is conducted each year and this college focuses more on all round development.
Fees and Financial Aid
I had joined for 32000 and next it increased to 50000 and for third year it was 54000. I used to get scholarship as I stayed in college hostel First year 8000 Second-year 8000 Third year 11000 I couldn't apply for management as I was in hostel or else people get through management scholarship too for eligible person I was eligible as my I am a farmer son
Campus Life
I really had a very well social life and made many friends who deserved to be remembered. I had a daily sports practice in the morning and also a good coach too. Each sport has a different coach. I was involved in NSS and learnt many things from there too
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facility is very well and clean. Each day toilets and balcony is cleaned. Daily night either of non veg is served and quality is also good , better than other hostels. We also enjoyed through hostel events conducted annually
Admission
I had also applied for tumkur University but I joined here because of the name and experience this college has. This college gave me more opportunities in sports too. Admission procedure here is through online mode and interview
Faculty
I studied both chemistry and zoology as my majors and both the departments are good. Exam is written for 60 marks and 40 is internals where 20 from mid sem exam and 20nis from assignment and class tests. I personally liked chemistry department.
Interview Experience
I had a personal interview round where questions related to academics and non academics too. And also had a interview with principal of the college. I just brushed up my basics and came for interview and did well
Night Life
As I was a hostel student I wasnt allowed to go out after evening 5 hence doesn't know much about that but I heard friends telling nightlife around college is pretty good. Coming to library we have a floor full of Library with many reference books.
