- The crowd is very diverse and fun as you get to meet a lot of people.
- The faculties are very helpful and frirndly.
- The infrastructure is top notch and is well maintained.

- The rules are very strict and they aren’t flexible.
Placement Experience:
Students are eligible for placements and internships from 7th semester. A lot of multinational companies visit the college. The average package is of 8L and highest of 1.02 Cr. Around 90% of students get placed.

- The experience at my college is very good because my college provides A good environment for us to learn to grow and to know a lots of people from around the country which is a very good experience to increase your connections which is very helpful.
- The faculties in my college are also well experienced in the field and they easily explain us the concepts needed for our jobs and for our future. The infrastructure of colleges also very good which gives us a positive Vibe all the time.
- The course that I choose is EEE department which is quite tough on its own but the teachers made it very easy the way to explain and teacher is also good that's why the scores is easy and I can explode a lot of options for my future which can lead it
Dislikes
- My college is very peculiar about their rules they take care of the rules all the time with sometimes can be hard for the students to keep up with so I guess they should liberate their rules a little bit to help us.
- Also the intime rules are a little different from other colleges as we have to get inside our hostels at 9 and colleges at 6 in the evening which can be tough sometimes and if you feel to do so we are punished. So I guess they should look into this.
- As my college is still under construction for few parts so they sometimes is hard for us to cope up with but still we can manage for that.
Placement Experience:
Placement of my college is very good as it has around 95% of placement record.
If no campus placement is offered to me I will explode of campus placement with the knowledge and skill sets that I have gained in this college throughout my 4 years of experience. From 3rd year students become eligible for the placement and from 2nd year they are eligible for the internship opportunities and their lots of big companies that come for placement drive. People have a bad around 1 crore or offer also.

- The college is very clean. The infrastructure appears very nice ,and it is a green campus.
- The AC hostel commodities are very good and clean as well.
- The bathrooms of academic blocks and hostels are thoroughly washed everyday.
Dislikes
- Fee structure is very shaky.What we pay depends on our viteee rank.
- However there is no solid proof to confirm out viteee rank in the first place,as VIT doesn't provide us with marks.
- Some academic blocks are poorly maintained especially the older ones.
Placement Experience:
The exact data regarding placements is not known to anyone.However students start getting placment opportunities from the end of 3 rd year(6th semester).Recently due to oversaturation a large percentage of student are not getting placed but usually if you work hard you will be able to get on campus placements.

- students intake ,around 6 to 7k people competing with each other for placements.
- college timings , college starts at 8 in the morning.
- Language barrier you might face outside the college specially with Auto and Cab driver.
Placement Experience:
Usually companies come in starting of 4th year . around 867 companies visited this year and 7600 plus offers have been offered out of ehich 3100 plus super dream offers , 3211 plus dream offers and around 1000 regular offer were offered.
top companies were Microsoft,Morgan Stanley ,Amazon,PayPal,Google etc.
my plan is to get placed in a very good company and get settle in life .
Vit claims to have a 100% placement ratio .

- There are many things which i like here, but the thing i like the most is the clubs which you can join. There is a lot of flexibility to join your preferred club according to your interest/
- The flexibility to choose your subjects to do in the year.
- The flexibility to choose your time slot for your classes you need to attend.
Dislikes
- The rules are too strict. You are always under a camera.
- Due to frequent change of classes, its hard to find friends.
- Also, we can't leave hostel after 9pm . We can't even roam in the campus after 9.
Placement Experience:
The placements in VIT is good as there is 100% placements. The top placements definetly cross 1 crore every year. Also, you will have many oppurtinies to get into internships. And, also it allows you to do masters after yoour 4 year program.

specialised subjects are their such as machine learning robotics etcc their are some drones classes for us which was overall good but none of the class provided hands on learning i dont think so that it was real life implemented scenarios

- The course curriculum is continuously updated every year in order to keep up with industry and to maintain its relevance.
- The professor's try to connect on a personal level and make sure to help you out if you happen to struggle somewhere.
- The quality of infrastructure is pretty good. There is 5g wifi enabled in labs with upto date computer setups.
Dislikes
- The wifi in hostels literally sucks. We barely get a speed of 5mbps in hostels which is a nightmare as you can imagine. One cannot open VIT's own app VITian CC app with the campus wifi.
- Students are not allowed to go out of hostels after 9 pm.
- The hostel blocks are 16 stories tall with a limited number of lifts and over 3000 students per block. So during class timings it is a disaster to get down from 16th floor to ground floor, sometimes even having to use stairs to get down.
Placement Experience:
Students become eligible to sit for Interships inside campus from 5th semester onwards and can appear for placements from 7th sem. Big and well renowned companied like JP Morgan, Delloite, Intel, Nvdia, Microsoft, Google and many companies come for placments in VIT. More than 850 companies visited the campus this academic year. Highest package for my campus was 88 lpa and avergae package was somewhere around 9.5 lpa. I plan to go for palcements after getting my degree. If I do not get a descent package I would look to ontinue higher education from Germany.

The college has a good placement record.Every year almost 80 % students get placed.This year around 11000 offers has been made from more than 400 companies.The highest package is 1 crore per annum and lowest is 3.36 lakhs per annum

- Fully Flexible credit system. The faculty and time table can be chosen by students for them to plan their extra curricular or other activities accordingly.
- Exposure to extra curricular activities and other real life learnings.
- experienced faculties with hands on experience in learning.
Dislikes
- The crowd and the amount of students is very large which is proving to be not good many times.
- The re evaluation system after exams still needs to be improved a lot.
- the bus fees and the transport both ways should be more alligned towards the fully flexible time table they allow.
Placement Experience:
Our college boasts 100% placement (Which generally means TCS or CTS). Many super dream companies like google, amazon, Dell, Fidelity and many more companies in many different fields and disciplines visit for placements. The highest package goes as high as a crore per year and the average package is around 6 lakh per year.
My plan after the degree is to pursure higher studies in MBA.

- The aspects of the college that i appreciate are the lesser rules and freedom provided by this Institute. Casual wears are allowed and conversations with opposite genders are not seen as a taboo inside the campus. The infrastructure is really great.
- All kind of social interactions are being promoted inside the campus. It has a lot of clubs for that sole purpose of achieving good conversation between the seniors and juniors of the college.
- Labs are well equipped and maintained regularly. There are a lot of components and practical opportunities offered to the students
Dislikes
- The curriculum is strict. Attendance is made mandatory to be more than are equal which is okay, but those who do not maintain it are strictly Debarred from attending any examination Without a proper reason
- There are a lot of procedures to be followed in case we vacate the hostel while our course isnt completely over.
- The college attracted a big crowd. So anyone will feel a lack of enough private spaces in the college campus.
Placement Experience:
Companies come with paid internship offers right from the 6th semester.
TCS and INFOSYS are the top recruiters but still a lot of companies do come to this campus.
The highest package this year was upto 1crore per annum for a cse student
Almost 100? who are sitting in the placements get recruited by some company.
My plan is to pursue higher studies after my undergraduate.

In terms of academics, Amrita University matches the IIT syllabus and course structure. The infrastructure and laboratories are in good condition. The college works closely with businesses and other educational institutions. Many academic activities are being carried out to ensure effective information exchange.
College life is the most interesting part. Amrita University's Coimbatore campus is one of the cleanest in India and spans 500 acres. Amrita is a very diverse campus and a great place to make new friends. There is no such constraint. Cell phones are not permitted in the classroom. However, after leaving the classroom, you can talk to your loved ones. A minimum attendance requirement of 80% must be met, or you must present sufficient justification for your absence.
Amrita provides free wifi that is typically 0.5Mbps fast. Aside from YouTube, Facebook, and a few other sites, most academic content is available. Everything else is restricted. Only nutritious vegetarian food is served. The menu is adequate for a South Indian restaurant. If you are a traveler, you will have enough vacation time in Amrita to visit all of India in two years. The resident warden must grant permission for the outing. Every time a girl needs an outing pass, she must submit a fax from her parents. You can earn millions if you plan on participating in and winning every cultural event that is held there. It is an excellent world-class platform for showcasing and honing your skills.
This academic year, Atlassian is the employer with the highest salary on offer to Amrita students, with a staggering 52 lakhs offered annually. Microsoft offered 43 lakhs per year in salary, while Cisco hired 27 students at a CTC of 29.18 lakhs per year.
According to the most recent report, the highest and average compensation packages offered during the 2022 placement drive were INR 19.17 LPA and INR 6.72 LPA, respectively. Furthermore, in 2022, 93 recruiters participated in the placement process, placing 261 students in new-age job profiles. Accenture, Adobe, Infosys, EY, KPMG, and others were among Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham's top recruiters in 2022.
